“What a beautiful and amazing place!”
Reviewed 8 August 2012

This was a great experience! All of us (2 adults, 2 kids (7 & 9)) loved the presentations, exhibits and especially the presentation of the Eurasian Eagle Owl. There are many raptors and birds of prey to see. Live presentations with a bird are held both inside and outside. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly and loves to answer questions, however their time may be limited due to the animal they are holding. The gift shop is small but relatively affordable. The indoor exhibits are clean and interesting but my kids love the wingspan exhibit of the different birds of prey. They had fun measuring their arm lengths versus the wingspan of the various birds.

We got a brochure at our hotel (Candlewood Suites) that offered an coupon for discounted admission so check at your hotel. Either way this is an interesting attraction that we all enjoyed.

“Birds of Prey was great!”
Reviewed 1 August 2012

Found the Center fascinating and educational. My nieces age 7-10 were visiting from out of town and we were looking for things they would enjoy. The girls thought the center was a really neat place and loved seeing the birds not native to our area.

“The best way to spend time with the grands...”
Reviewed 30 July 2012

We had a great time there with our grandson who was completely fascinated by the assortment of raptors that this facility maintains. We bought a membership and will be back when our other grandchildren visit. Details: The indoor exhibits were quite interesting and provided information regarding raptors, their behavior, their endangered status, and how this center is working towards saving these incredible creatures from extinction. There were live demonstrations of raptors: this day we saw a demonstration with an owl and later with a turkey vulture. World Center Birds of Prey truly is one of the more novel and moving things to do when one is passing through Boise.
