Description: Flatbread is an upbeat Neapolitan pizzeria and wine bar specializing in serving authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizza certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) of Naples, Italy. We strictly adhere to the regulations set forth not only by the VPN, but by long-standing tradition. Offering craft brews from around the region, unique wines, a full bar with specialty cocktails, and an amazing happy hour from 3-6pm every day. Perfect for families as kid’s make their own pizza right at their table, then watch it bake in our 900 degree wood burning oven. The menu is balanced out with a selection of market fresh salads, focaccia sandwiches and possibly the most amazing mac-n-cheese you'll find. Join us for a hip, urban and fun dining experience.

Great food! We sat at the bar facing the wood oven! Nice warmth and ambiance! We ordered two of their flatbreads and they were great! The first was the Pot Roast & Potato, really good pot roast and the horseradish sour cream was perfect, just the right amount of horseradish and not too over powering so you could actually enjoy the meat flavor. I would order it again and again. We also tried the new Butterscotch Budino that was recommended by our waiter, Casey. It was good, but would have been better if the whipped cream was as good as the rest of the desert. It was weak, no real cream flavor and a bit flat. Our waiter Casey gave just the right amount of attention, even though the restaurant was not too busy and he had time to hover if he choose to, which he did not! Well done! We will go back and give the Budino another try, hoping for better whipped cream!

Going downtown to eat with kids can sometimes be a challenge but Flat Bread succeeded in everway. The kids got to make their own pizza, how fun and they loved their meal plus the chocolate cookie for dessert. They had a nice lunch deal for my husband and I so he tried a half sandwich and tomato margarita pizza and said they were both very tasty. I got the caprese salad and it was just perfect along with the tomato margarita pizza and it was very good. But the best part was our waitress, super friendly and nice she went above and beyond in every way. I will definitly be back.

We stopped in without a reservation on a cold night. Staff was friendly & immediately seated us despite the fact that the place was packed. It was cool to sit at the bar & watch pizza be made. Our waiter was attentive and gave us a great short history of the restaurant. We ordered appetizer & a pizza, both were delish. And a great beer selection to boot!

I spend a few months of every year in Italy, and this is the closest thing to authentic pizza I've experienced in the U.S. Avoid their creative selections and stick with the classic Margherita or Quattro Formaggi. The young, friendly staff will take great care of you. Place can be a little noisy with music just a bit too loud, but worth it anyway.

Checked into our motel after a long day driving in the snow asking the desk clerk, where to eat downtown Boise. The answer, Flatbread as she thought the best pizza in town. Away we went and were challenged with finding a parking place but persisted and made our way to Flatbread.
A fairly limited menu, flatbread being their signature offering. We ordered flatbread and lasagna.
After an extended wait for food ( our order was lost ), we finally were able to experience our
dishes and found them to be quite good and reasonable. I have also note there was live music provided and was nice background to our dining experience. We would go back
