This hotel is right on the river, which we loved. It was newly remodeled and we were very impressed. The staff was terrific. I supposed my only criticism would be the live music stopped at 9pm on a Saturday night and that hot tub was not hot enough. Neither of those will stop us from coming back, which we will.

my band traveled from Portland, Oregon to Boise to perform at the hotel's Sapphire Room. We knew we were in the right place as soon as we met the friendly staff at the front desk, and given a warm chocolate chip cookie! All staff - whether it be in the restaurant, bar, or maid service treated us like stars. The rooms were luxurious, spacious, clean, and inviting. Food was always excellent, and all our guests felt the same. We are excited to return.

Room Tip: Building No. 4 is a good spot. Seems to be very quiet. There is a walking path just outside your w...

The Riverside is our favorite stay-cation destination. The rooms are modern and comfortable with nice tv's and premium cable, the room service is fantastic, and the huge salt water pool is not to be missed! This is the best place to spend a couple of summer days in Boise. It is truly right next to the Boise River, with access from your room to the greetbelt- a 20 plus mile long paved path that will take you through the city by bike or foot with your fishing pole, stroller, or dog. It accesses all the city parks and is a fun way to see the best of this city. The salt water pool at the Riverside is it's best feature. It is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, shaded tables, a splash pad for the kids, and a spa tub. You will feel like you are at a resort with the fantastic poolside food and beverage service. The poolside grill also features great drinks and live music. The grounds of the of the Riverside are beautifully maintained. A rose garden surrounds the pool. The breakfast buffet is made to order, or you can get breakfast delivered to your room. We love this place. Can't wait to book another weekend this summer!

Thank you for your nice comments about The Riverside. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay and were able to experience some of the amenities we have to offer. We have added some new items to our already extensive local breakfast buffet so come back and try it. The Riverside really is unique as we have 14 acres right on the river and our grounds crew does such a nice job of making all 14 acres lovely. Summer is truely lovely at our hotel and with warm weather right around the corner, we are getting everything ready for your next stay-cation. We will save you a lounge chair!

My wife and I won a night's stay in the hotel's signature suite in a contest sponsored by a local radio station. We selected Valentine's Day night for our stay. We couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay which not only included a night in their plush signature suite but also breakfast the next morning at from their "to die for" breakfast buffet. We were treated royally by all staff we encountered. Having Valentines chocolates placed on our bed was an especially appreciated extra touch. The jetted tub was also great. Simply put, this is a great place to stay.

The hotel is newly remodeled and very nicely done. It is next to the Greenbelt and the river which is a great place to walk. The Sapphire room was set-up beautifully for their Valentine's Day event, we have gone to other music events there in the past. The room was a good size and bed was comfortable. I liked the bathroom set-up with two separate sink areas.

We stayed at The Riverside for four nights recently and enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and quiet and overlooked the river. We enjoyed the entertainment in the Sapphire room on Friday and as a runner getting right on the green belt each morning
