My Hubby and I both had prime rib Friday,June 28, 2013 at this fine restaurant. I ordered mine rare and he ordered his medium rare. Both cuts were done to perfection, and accurate. The prime rib was so exquisitely tender and flavorful. We raised our own organic beef for over four decades and we know great beef when we experience it. This chef knows how to prepare prime rib properly! Nice ambiance, good wine, microbrew accompaniments, great side dishes. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND AND WE WILL GO BACK AGAIN. If I see any more postings on Yelp about Boise, Idaho having no good steak houses - guess what - go to Caldwell!
