“Food and Restuarant was VERY GOOD”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 September 2013

Wife and I really enjoyed our dining at this restuarant. Food was very good and the table on the porch was great for the 3 piece jazz band. The house is beautiful and has a great feel and ambiance. Only drawback of our dining experience was the service in general was very slow.

“Nice meal in a beautiful old home”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 September 2013

We were able to walk to this restaurant from the McFarland Inn and we really enjoyed our meals. The home has been lovingly restored and has quite a history (a brothel and a nunnery have been housed here - at different times, of course). We started off on a rocky note when the house salad proved to be over dressed and too full of sweet walnuts and slices of under ripe pear. However, my coconut shrimp (five good sized shrimp served with a curry sauce) and my husbands Szechwan beef were both very good. It being a warm, humid night, we chose to eat inside, which is dark and Victorian but there is also a nice wrap around porch one could choose. Service was nice too.

“Great unexpected find”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 August 2013 via mobile

I saw the good reviews in trip advisor and talked the three traveling with me to go. Pressure! We had a great table on the porch on a perfect night and the food was excellent. The chicken saltimbocca and duck were perfect and the wine prices were very affordable. Try the Idaho Viognier...our server was really helpful and you could see she liked her job.

“A great experience all around !”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 August 2013

My husband and I were recently in Coeur d'Alene to attend a meeting. Looking for reviews on Trip Advisor for restaurants, I was drawn to "315 Martinis and Tapas". We were looking for a fun and casual type of establishment and evening..."315" was just the right place for us.
We enjoyed our experience so much we went back the next day...this time during their happy hour enjoying the same wonderful choices of martinis and tapas...with the added bonus of $2.00 off martinis and tapas.
Our terrific server, Jessi, took great care of us. She provided us with suggestions on what tapas we might enjoy. We shared 4 tapas that night...and 4 different tapas the next day.
Over the course of the two evenings we tried the black and white ahi...coconut lime shrimp...315 bruschetta...portabella mushroom..organic chicken lettuce wraps..Schezwan marinated flank steak..huckleberry meatballs and the Dungeness crab cakes. Not to be outdone by the food, the "wildbeary" martini was just the right mix of huckleberry vodka, lemon, lime and housemade huckleberry puree. For dessert we shared the chocolate mint martini. All in all we couldn't have been more delighted with our experiences at 315. We will look for another meeting to attend in Coeur d'Alene and our return to 315 will be on the top of our "must do" list.
