The only reason I didn't give this place an excellent rating is the slow service - they are all friendly...but SLOW. Everything else is outstanding!! We were here with a group of friends for the Grand Targhee Bluegrass Festival and had breakfast two days. Everything was good...amazing bagels and amazing omelettes, eggs benny, bacon, and the most amazing breakfast potatoes! Good coffee, bloody mary's, etc. WOW!! Seriously....don't miss it...but know that you're looking at probably a two hour breakfast so don't come when you're in a hurry. They should hire more staff, especially on a festival weekend. Also, we had to stand in line about 15 minutes waiting to pay, just to be informed that they can't ring credit cards at the register and she had to go get the i-pad. Weird...nobody told us that or we would've sat at the table and paid. They need an extra person to make coffees and an extra person to run the register on busy days instead of making the one waitress and the one hostess do it. That was my only real complaint. The food is excellent and as long as you are patient it's worth the wait. Extra special treat was bumping into some of the guys from Leftover Salmon and Greensky Bluegrass as we were leaving the second day.

We got breakfast sandwiches to go which were great. Food on diners' tables looked delicious. If we'd more time, we would have gone back. Bagels were a little too yeasty/sourdoughy. But then, what do I know for bagels. I'm from Texas.

Hubby enjoyed his Steak Bagel Omelette - served with home fries..serving is generous- had to take half to go. I got the bagel and two eggs- again, generous serving.
We came here on a Sunday and apparently just got one waitress working - we have to keep reminding her/get her attention for stuff we need: more coffee, ice for our waters, our check...
But it's worth it.
Lots of folks line up for take-out too.

Thank allcurves

While not the best breakfast I've had, it still was pretty good. The staff was friendly & the coffee wasn't bad either. I would definitely go back.

Every meal is cooked to order, lots of food, great potatoes and outstanding bagels, all reasonably priced. Only draw back is restaurant is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
