Don't expect anything special from this particular Hilton Garden's facility. The staff is excellent but the property is on a busy street, close to a busy cross street. The lobby is very nice - looking - but the sofa is showing wear and the chairs have formed "dips" from much use. The restaurant next door is excellent but the hotel is otherwise very average.

A great first class hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The Boise area has many activities available for the traveler. We rode the Thunder Mountain Santa Claus Special tourist train. Also visited Big Al's bowling and entertainment center. A quick visit to the Bosque section of Boise for a meal at the Bar Gernicka as featured on Diner's , Drive Ins and Dives. Another pleasant surprise.

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. We traveled 11.5 hours upon arrival and were road weary and exhausted. We arrived at 11:30 am and were concerned we'd have to wait until 3 pm to check in. The front desk lady was SO reassuring and accommodating. Before the entire sentence was out of my mouth asking if we could check-in early she was smiling and nodding, saying "don't worry, let me see what we can do." We were checked in and in our room in less than 10 minutes! We also had a parking concern she remedied quickly as well. We drove my son's truck because it has 4 wheel drive and we were heading up through Oregon and Washington where road conditions are a concern. The back of the truck was loaded with luggage and Christmas gifts we were worried might be stolen. She told us exactly where to park so we could see the truck from our room while still being within view of the lobby (the more eyes the less likely something would be taken). Nothing was taken. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The room service is fast and delicious. Hot tub and pool were immaculate, the area kept clean, free from towels lying around. The room was immaculate, the furniture in perfect condition, bed and pillows very comfortable. The lobby has a gorgeous fire place and is kept warm, cozy and quiet. We were so pleased that we stayed at this hotel on our way home rather than our plan to stay a hotel in Twin Falls.

I called at 7pm letting the staff know I would be checking in late due to a weather delay and my flight was 3 hours late to depart. When I arrived at 4:15am, I was surprised to find out they had chosen not to charge me for the night as I was only sleeping for a couple hours before heading back out. This is one of the reasons I choose Hilton everywhere I go now.

Being a frequent customer I secured reservations a month in advance and requested a room near the elevator because due to my wifes limited mobility.
Upon checkin we were given, without doubt, the worst room in the hotel.it was above the kitchen with large, ugly exhaust fans and rooftop heaters outside our window. The equipment was noisy and blocked any view and sunlight.when I requested a new room I was informed that only room available was on the ground floor at the end of the hall, which caused tremsndous inconvenience to my wife who has difficulty walking.
Needless to say my attempts to resolve the matter withthe management were unsuccesful and worse of all, they did not seem to care. We did not leave instantly because we booked two additional rooms for family members. If they are capa le of such shoddy and unprofessional treatment of a frequent guest, I can only imagine what is in store for a new comer.
Beware.Dave Nelson.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, and way higher standard than other hotels in the same category. The pool, though small is useable for a good morning swim. The breakfast selection was varied and good quality, the serving staff were friendly and very helpful
