Really not impressed. Me and a group of fellow massage therapists' made appointments a week and a half ago for a nice relaxing day at the spa yesterday. When we arrived we found the spa closed. The gal at the front desk was kind enough to call the spa manager to which we were informed that they had called us the day before to cancel, because everyone called in "sick." No one had received a missed call let alone a voice message from the spa. Nor was there even an attempt to reschedule us for a later date. My group and I all work at the same massage studio. We actually closed down our business to enjoy Cedar Spa. So not only was our time wasted, but we lost good money. You lost good money too Cedar Spa. Not a good way to run your business!!!
