Just visited. There was some truth to all the reviews we've seen before visiting. But we had a very nice stay. It is a beautiful location with water on both sides of the property. Large condos with "full size" kitchens, so we didn't mind the restaurant being private. Bring your groceries! We had things planned in town which was about a 25 min scenic drive away. Yes windy for half the way back to the highway, but take it slow and enjoy the views. We didn't mind the drive personally. We had a couple days of staying at the resort and found the lake access to be minimal but beautiful. Smaller indoor pool, but pools aren't our thing really anyway. While we were there we saw kayaks being delivered and inquired about them. Apparently a new business delivered them out there for free and picked them up in the evening. We booked for the next day which was our last day. They were delivered in the morning and we used them all day, making that the highlight of our stay at the resort. It was such a great experience! Since it is new and the only delivery available we were told, I am including it. www.recreationalrentalscda.com . We recommend this activity, since not having to drive anywhere to experience it was a huge bonus for us on our last day. and it was way affordable considering. Anyway, we had a great time and will visit again. Our advise, bring groceries, enjoy the beauty, and plan ahead. Safe travels.

Room Tip: We didn't have a selection option other than 2 or 3 bedroom.

This is our second time at Arrow Point. It is quite isolated, with the local restaurant, Eddie's, closed to the public, so be sure to bring food or be willing to drive into Coeur D'Alene. My husband and I meet up with our good friends every year around this time, and we also brought our nine month old daughter. The condo was great; very nicely taken care of with dishes and silverware, a washer and dryer, and even coffee. Unfortunately, when we were out in the deck one night around nine, we realized someone was yelling at us to shut up (quiet hours aren't until ten). I don't blame them for being frustrated because it took a while for us to realize we were being yelled at, but he kept going. After we realized what was happening, we got scared and went inside because it was dark and we couldn't see where Old Yeller was. That situation put a damper on the trip, especially as you can imagine, we were being quiet as possible, given the fact that we had a sleeping baby in the next room. All in all, it was a good experience, but watch out for Old Yeller.

When we got there on a Thursday evening the elevators were not working. On a Friday morning I let the staff know. On a Monday when we left they were still not working as I was checking out let the staff know again and was told a repairman would be out that day. Would of been nice to know that sooner so we might of changed staying on the 2nd floor.

Room Tip: Water is beutiful

Such a nice place! I'm always impressed with Worldmark. Big beautiful unit! Huge comfy king size bed. Fireplace, flat screens. Everything is modern and new. Nice deck overlooking the lake with BBQ. Loved the giant tub! Went for a swim in the pool, would have liked to soak in a hot tub. Friendly staff, saw deer every evening. Negatives: way too far away, must bring your own food or you'll starve haha or drive to town allll the time. Nothing to do in the winter. Pretty boring, unless you're there to relax in your unit all day. Would like to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake and hiking. Windy road, wouldn't want to drive it if roads were bad. Overall, very enjoyable!

The condo was well appointed. Too many fake flowers though. A bit dated but in good condition. The road out is very windy but not that awful. Read the review about the water problem asked at the Worldmark office and it's on city water now. All in a great getaway from it all.

Arrow Point Resort is 30 min.away from Coeur d'Alene , we have only a small store at Squaw Bay called Hutton's. There is a indoor pool, a beach, a marina and the lake, not a good place for teens, no restaurants close, no entertainment. Hutton's has breakfast and pizza,. everything else is 30 min. away. The road is winding for 9 Miles to Arrow Point. Its a great place for older folks and people that like quiet, peaceful and relaxing. If you buy a property at Gozzer Golf Resort( $40000) and 5 min. away it gives you the opportunity to buy or rent a unit at Arrow Point and have heaven on earth for a low prize. If you need more info contact me, I am an owner and can guide you, no real estate person.

Room Tip: Lakefront condos are quiet, Building A_B_C have street noise and Echo noise from people on their bal...

We decided to try a condo for our family vacation but will not return here. The positives include clear email directions for accessing the room (there is no on -site check in). The condo itself is well furnished and very roomy for six adults.

The issues: We could not use the
deck because the yellowjackets were so terrible and there were no traps. The website states there is a beach which actually is a grass bank by the marina. There are no food services on site; the former restaurant is now a private club.
Infact, the resort is tucked around a members only club and while sitting on the grass bank one looks over to see a sandy beach with chairs and inflatable water toys which are unavailable to Arrow Point.
It would be great to have a beach for guests that included some sand and some beach chairs.
