My husband, 12 year old daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights in June. It's about a 10 minute walk from the vaporetto stop to the hotel. The hotel grounds are beautiful, clean, well-kept. It's quaint and it has a very inviting environment. After we checked in, a porter took our key and luggage and led us to room 708 on the 4th floor. We were pleasantly surprised that our hotel room had 2 separated bedroom. Our daughter had a separate room with two single beds. We had a Queen bed, 2 closets, desk, drawers, mini refrigerator and a balcony! In the bathroom, there are plenty of large bath towels. Toiletries include hair & body wash, bar of soap, and a shower cap. Also, a hair dryer.

Morning breakfast is served 7 – 10am. It includes scrambled eggs, fresh tomatoes, deli meats, cheese, breads, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, juices.

If you want to go to the beach, there's a service fee of 15 Euros per person per day! Yikes! It includes a changing room, beach chair, beach towel, beach umbrella, and life guard services.

The hotel offers a free tour to Murano every morning at 9:30am and 10am. It's a private tour that leaves from the hotel to a murano glass company called Gino Mazzucato, a 3rd generation family business. They do a glass blowing demonstration, and then, you walk through their beautiful gallery of murano glass art. After the tour, you're free to walk around the island, or go wherever you want. But you will need to pay for your transportation back to the hotel, which is 7 Euros.

If you're staying here and spending at least 2 days in Venice, I highly recommend getting a 48 hour vaporetto pass for 30 Euros.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely visit. Reception and all the staff made us feel very welcomed, when they found out it was my birthday they send us a bottle of Prosecco to our room. The hotel was very clean and well looked after, amongst beautiful gardens. Some rooms have the view of the lagoon; you can see Venice from there. We had a room with a garden view; it was so nice and quiet to sit out on the balcony in the mornings and also in the evenings after a long day out in Venice. Breakfast was very nice it had lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, yogurts, cheese and cold meats plus scrambled eggs. It is about a 10 min walk from the vaparetto stop (water bus station) but the view as you walk is lovely, and so nice to get away from the busy crowds in Venice. The hotel is only a couple of street away from the beach and from small restaurant and bar strip, there is also a local supermarket if you fancy some snacks and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

This small boutique hotel in Lido offers small but comfortable bedrooms and is away from the crowds across the lagoon. One enters the courtyard from the private boat dock, the flowers greeting guests like perfume. One wakes to the sounds of birds singing instead sirens. It is very pleasant.

We stayed for 2 Nights on our recent trip and were very delighted to be here , a Hotel providing all the required amenities yet away from the touristic crowded streets. Walking distance from the Lido water bus stop. The Breakfast is not a very lavish spread but I would not really crib about it as the service compensates. The place is clean and the staff is helpful with a good in room service from the restaurants.

Very comfortable hotel, surrounded by garden (very rare in Venice). 15 min walk along lagoon front to vaparetto stop, from there 15 min to San Marco.
Plenty of choices for breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries and cake. Ham, salami, cheeses and scrambled eggs for those who prefer more substantial breakfast.
Room was reasonable spacious - 207 twin room garden view. Tricky to find somewhere to plug in kettle, took us 2 days to figure out extensions on bedside tables.
Buy vaparetto tickets for length of your stay, work on bus as well when you are too weary to walk back to hotel after exploring Venice on foot all day.
PS I loved the Guggenheim, and I'm not too keen on modern art. but what a collection!
