“Great choice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 December 2012

If you're heading to Venice to enjoy its beauty with your loved one, this is a great choice. It's not an hotel and you shouldn't expect for a giant room with bathtub and so on...but it has everything you need to have a nice and confortable stay and be really happy in your trip. I was!
I really liked the location because it is away from the crowded Venice's center and so you can really relax after visiting it, and you even have the beach 2 minutes away, which was wonderful and provided really romantic moments.
Some negative aspects: the walls are a bit thin and sometimes you hear other people in their rooms, and there is no breakfast, but you have a nice coffee a few meters away and you have a fridge in your room, which is good.
Great choice..really ;)

The receptionist is kind & friendly. The wifi is very strong. Room is clean & nice. Only 15 mins by walk to the water boat station. Nothing much to complain for the amount of money we paid. This place is around half an hour away from venezia santa lucia train station by water boat.

i've been there on business trip last october, the room was really small, the bathroom quite clean but the taps were realy unefficient especially the one in the shower. Change of the room was impossible as it was full. The reception was most of the time unattended. it was easy to find some bug walking around in the room. The atmosphere anyway is good and if yopu can go beyond all those things you can also have a good sleep.

This hotel is well located and quiet. THAT'S ALL. When we arrived you can smell the moisture all over the place and see how it's dirty everywhere. The bathroom is a mess, the shower was leaking from everywhere, ran out of toilet paper, towels weren't change, thootpaste on the wall. I got trapped by hotwire to get there, When somebody use this site you don't know in wich hotel you will end up. Before I left I phoned them to change my hotel because I read the reviews of so much unsatisfied peoples. The hotwire lady didn't want and explain me that if I not satisfied of this hotel I could phone them and they'll try to relocated me. I don't know anybody doing that after 6 hours of travelling try to change hotel in Venise. So we did whit it even if I got sick of the moisture. However hotwire.com is a trap and this hotel is even worse. The wi-fi is not strong enought ( third floor no elevator) and the breackfast is not included. Avoid this place and Hotwire.com. Run for your life!!

Room Tip: There are few other on lido island a lot more better

Good Hotel about 15min walk from the waterbus station and main shops/restaurants. When we arrived at 1.45pm for our 2pm check-in we were told we were 'far too early' and to 'go eat and come back in an hour' by an abrupt woman who turned out to be the cleaner. All the other hotel staff were friendly and polite. The room we stayed in was huge with four beds. Air con worked as did shower. There was no noise and the only problem was the fridge didnt work. The hotel and room was basic and outdated but fine for our 3night stay and for the money we paid. If your looking for a no-frills cheap stay on the lido, then i def recommend this hotel. The area itself is so quiet and if you have time hire bikes and explore the lido.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. A very pretty vaporetti trip to the main island of Venezia, so it's quieter, more serene and relaxed. Villa Parco Lido is a budget hotel, so don't expect frills. We ha a few surprises, like a spider kindly crushed into the wall for us, a shower door that rolled right out of the frame and a very temperamental television - all things that mattered very little when taken with food humour. The bed was comfortable, large and clean, our air con worked and despite the big climb up to our room with our huge suitcases, the view was beautiful. The receptionist was lovely, if rarely there, and the staff friendly. Don't expect too much of them and you will have no trouble. Breakfast is best purchased in town from the small grocer - the bet ham and cheese roll I've ever tasted
