+ The room was clean, big and comfortable.
+ Breakfast was good.
+ Very near to the beach.
- Location is far from central of Venice.
- No wifi in the room. Wifi only available in the lobby area which more less useless.

We'll come back to this hotel if we go again to Venice.

This hotel was a bit away from Venice on Lido Island which we really liked. Staff were polite and helpful. Its easy to find and water busses goes every 10 mins to Lido. From there its maybe 15 mins walking through a very nice area. Would stay there again

We have just come back from a trip to Venice and must say that the hotel was lovely, especially the staff. For instance, when they heard it was our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a fantastic suite with a sea view. It was really spacious with a sitting room. Could not have been better.

I had read the reviews about the breakfast, and here I must disagree with all those who say it was not good enough, I left the hotel everyday with a nice full stomach, there being plenty of different types of food available. OK the coffee was not good from the machine, but you could get a lovely cup from the bar.

The hotel is also very handy for the beach and only a short walk from the main ferry terminal where boats leave all the time running 24hrs a day it seems, and if you don't want to walk, then there are 2 bus routes that stop outside the hotel.

All in all a lovely place to stay, especially if you want to get away from the crowds in Venice itself.

We had a perfectly nice stay at this hotel. It's clean, the staff are nice and the room was a good size, but it could easily be so much better.

Why the boring brown table cloths in the restaurant? Why not lemon or pink? Why the dull brown blankets and not a nicer colour. Why the bare walls everywhere? Prints are not expensive . Why the cold scrambled egg and ham. Surely it can't be too hard to put less hot food out more often so it stays appetising. I just don't get it as the actual building is pleasant. Also why are the bikes in such poor repair. We had a lovely day out on bikes and were not charged, but we would rather have paid a few euros for something safe rather than the cranky bike with a rusty bell that didn't work, handle bar grips that slipped off leaving you holding the grip and not the bike and brakes that barely worked.

This hotel feels a little neglected, rather like a lot of the rest of Venice Lido.

Thanks to the lovely staff though.

My wife, 11 yr old son and I were on a vacation thru Italy early October and we stayed at this property. Plus points: 1) Great hospitality - very helpful staff gave good directions and even packed breakfast for us on the day we were leaving, 2) spacious neat room (with kitchen) - overlooking the sea, 3) ample parking space - important for us since we were driving. Negatives- 1) the location was disappointing - we thought it was much closer to Venice (the main island) than it turned out to be, 2) getting to and from the hotel to Venice (where the action is) can prove to be costly - so if you build in that cost, you may well chose another. Finally, if I were to go to Venice again, I would stay in a hotel in Venice.

Room Tip: If you are looking for value for money, for a place with a car park, and away from the crowds, then this is it. Ask for the suite.
