We stayed there in April. Weather was great, beach is 5 min away. There's night club on the beach, I recommend to visit. It's only few min away from water taxi. You can also rent gondolas. If we will be back to Italy, we will stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel from the 12th of June up until the 19th. We enjoyed out stay at Atlanta Augustus very enjoyable - the room was very clean on arrival and the maids continued the cleanliness throughout the week. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and were keen to provide us with the information we needed regarding water buses etc. This hotel is set in a perfect location only a 5 minute walk from the lido bus station.

The location of this hotel, is perfect, as it's on the Lido, surrounded by quiet streets and canals.
It's only 15 minutes walk from the main water boat drop off point, and a slow 10 minute walk in the opposite direction, takes you to the beach/ocean.
5 Minutes away is the main road that also takes you to the beach, and is dotted with restaurants, bistros and a few bars, none of which are too busy or overpriced.
If you enjoy fish, your in for a treat as they all seem to have various fresh fish dishes on their menus.
The hotel was colorful (as you can probably guess from the external decor).
Our room was on the roof top, with a very large, L shaped terrace, giving views of the ocean from the back, and the lagoon from the front.
We would enjoy a bottle of prosecco, (5 Euro from local supermarket and chilled in the mini fridge) watching the sun set giving a spectacular silhouette of St Marks e.t.c.
It was painted bright blue, with clouds painted onto the ceiling, which was a bit different, but quite quaint.
Room service was fine, bed made, fresh towels and toiletries topped up daily, all you need really.
Staff were friendly enough, and breakfast was ample. Self service and continental style, lovely little cakes.
Would stay here if visiting Venice again, as it was so nice to escape to the normal prices and quiet of the Lido after walking miles, sight seeing among busy crowds in mainland Venice.

Room Tip: You pay extra for the roof top, with terrace and spa bath. We used bath only once, as rather small...

We stayed in May for four days and had a great time. We stayed in the penthouse with a terrace and it was beautiful. We sat out and ate Pizza and drank wine. It overlooked the canal and we could see the whole area. We would definitely stay again. Well worth upgrading to the penthouse.

The hotel was perfect for us in a very quiet location. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We much preferred staying on The Lido away from the terrible crowds of Venice. It just takes 25 minutes to reach the centre of Venice from the hotel. We enjoyed the Boulevard and there are nice restaurants around the hotel.
