We've stayed at this hotel several times and this past summer had another delightful stay.
The views from the hotel of the Venice skyline are stunning. Antonio, the Manager and his capable staff make sure that each guest feels as if this is their"home away from home."
The rooms are tastefully decorated and always clean with l"Occitane toiletries provided so that unpacking ones's own isn't even necessary. The breakfast buffet is more than ample with quality goods. The bar and restaurant offer service with that fabulous lagoon view. Ulike some other hotels what you see in their terrific web site photos is truly what you get.
Grazie tutte !!

I want this hotel all to myself, Having stayed many times the new owners have made it even better now. Great rooms, Super position, Super breakfast, Helpful staff. Love being on the Lido after a days sightseeing very convenient and easy to travel around. Plenty of eating places on the Lido to chill out in the evenings. Dinner on the hotel terrace is also a wonderful experience. So stay away....so theres more room for me!

Room Tip: lagoon view rooms slightly quieter

We stayed at this hotel last May and loved it. The room was spacious (actually two rooms - bedroom plus small living room) clean and overlooked the water. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Restaurant served good meals and it was lovely to have a drink in their garden on our first night to Venice. We would go back again without any hesitation.

We arrived in Venice the night of the one day transit strike so getting to Lido was a little tricky. IF there are no strikes happening then the water buses run regular to Lido and is an easy transit.
This hotel has was very cute and right on the water. It is also VERY conveniently located close to the water bus station. The room we were in was very spacious, we actually decided to book an extra night because we enjoyed it so much. The staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. We ate only the standard breakfast in the hotel, which was nice, but did not have dinner.
The hotel offered for us to take a 'factory tour' of a glass factory on Murano, it was nice but not much of a tour as it is more of a trip to a very expensive glass showroom. But the island of Murano was nice and there are cheaper stores along the canal.

I can see this as a GREAT alternative to staying in the main parts of Venice. It was quiet and no large tourist groups or mobs of people about. I would stay here again if (and when) I return to Venice!

Right next to water bus, Lido station. We purchased 3 day pass for the water bus to go into Venice as needed.
Hotel staffs are excellent, friendly, and very helpful. Staying at this hotel makes us feel like we are really on vacation, on the island! A nice 10 minute walk takes you to Lido Beach. It is a sand beach where locals hang out. This hotel takes you away from all the noises and crowd of Venice, and yet you are only 15 minutes away by boat.

Let's start with two small niggles, both of which are not the hotel's fault. Firstly we booked a triple room via a booking site and assumed that would give us 3 beds but we had a double plus sofa bed. So always double check. We had the double made into twins and the sofa bed was very comfy!!
Second we had a road side room and the traffic was quite noisy so take ear plugs or treat yourself to Lagoon side room-we will next time.
Now onto plus points-location is amazing on the Lido looking across to St.Marks and gloorious sunsets! It is a one minute walk to catch the waterbus to hope across the lagoon.
Rooms are nicely fitted out and the public areas are lovely too, in particular the gardens.
The staff are lovely with a special thank you to Fabio and Gennaro.
Nearby is the amazing beach and lots of shops and restaurants-try Pizzeria Stella-fab!!
All in all an excellent choice when visiting Venice!
