We stayed here for 3 nights and we found the hotel was an excellent base for visiting Venice and the surrounding islands.
The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful when asked about anything.
No complaints whatsoever.

Room tip: We stayed on the 4th floor, not sure what the other rooms offered.

Charming hotel in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and the Vaporetto station.
The rooms are so clean and well equipped. The staff were so friendly and allowed us to check in early.
The breakfast was really excellent by Italian standards. Pastries, bacon, egg, frankfurters, yoghurt, fruit, cold meats and cheese.
We love Venice and loved this hotel

Located a few minutes walk from the Lido water bus stop.

Rooms good and ensuite first class. Unfortunately the bed wasn't too comfortable. TV in the room with usually something to watch in English.

Plenty of choice for buffet breakfast: scrambled egg, sausage and bacon; fruits, cereals & yoghurts; cold meats & cheeses; croissants and pastries. They could have done with a second coffee machine, sometimes you had to queue for coffee.

Bar officially closes at 9, but on a couple of nights when there were a lot of people in there they kept it open.

Staff very friendly and helpful. A special mention has to be made about Anthony(?), the barman. He really went out of his way to make sure everybody was happy.
