Spent two nights at this hotel. What a pleasant surprise! All interior looks newly renovated and very clean. Staff was very kind and considerate. Kids loved the pool and all enjoyed breakfast. Highly recommend this place!! The pictures on this review are not this hotel....
We were met with a very attentive staff and warm cookies (what could be better than that) But to our surprise the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were very nice and inviting. Thank you for a comfortable 2 night stay.
The hotel itself is new and quite upscale, but also family friendly. The location can't be beat. It is very walking distance to a number of restaurants ranging from steak houses, Mexican to Vietnamese to fast food. A multiplex cinema is next door. Stores including a supermarket and regional mall are within a quarter mile.
My husband & I planned to stay two nights at this hotel during our whirlwind tour of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks. However, we arrived much later the first night (4:30 A.M) than we expected which led to a later start later the same day than expected. Also, the air conditioner in our room quit working. So, after we were on our way, the front desk staffer called to advise it would require moving us to another room when we returned that night since the whole AC unit would have to be replaced.
As it turned out, we needed to stay that night in the National Parks to avoid several extra hours on the road and the manager graciously allowed us to "store" our belongings in the "hot" room until we returned the next day and waived the charge for that night.
That was going above and beyond good service and will keep us coming back to LaQuinta Inns and this one in particular!
