This hotel is located right across the street from Idaho Falls. It is relatively new and was very clean and welcoming. We had a king room which was the size of a studio apartment and was well appointed. The pool and hot tub were clean and both were at a good temperature. The included breakfast offered a lot of choices.

Thank you for your kind words. At less than two years old we are fortunate to feature one of the latest Residence Inn packages. Our location across the street from the falls certainly doesn't hurt either. We hope to see you again soon!

The hotel was very very nice. Lovely big rooms with full kitchen and very
clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable.
We would definitely stay here again on our way through to the south.

I stayed here for two consucutive weeknights for business. This property is relatively new, and the condition reflects that. The location along the river is unbeatable. The workout room is acceptable, not spectacular, but has very nice treadmills. Particularly nice at breakfast were the yougurt parfaits, a feature I have not observed at any Residence Inn in the past.

Room Tip: I see no advantage to rooms on the east versus west side of the building.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The parfaits are a guest favorite and I am glad they were so well received. We try to cover the basics with our treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bike, free-weights, exercise ball and yoga matts. We do also sell discounted passes to Apple Athletic, which features one of the best workout experiences in town. Our convenient river location situates us immediately next to the Idaho Falls Greenbelt that extends for several miles along the Snake River. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again soon.

Great, new hotel, and an overdue addition to Idaho Falls.
Room layouts are great, large desk area, good WiFi, great appliances and amenities in the room. Fully furnished kitchen.
Hotel grounds are beautiful, huge indoor pool and workout facilities.
Upper level, east facing rooms overlook the river and falls.
Great hotel.

Room Tip: Can't go wrong here - have stayed in many hotels in the town, and this is the best!

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the compliments, especially given your familiarity with our competition. The grounds are starting to look even better, now that the seasons are changing and things are beginning to turn green. We hope to see you soon, the next time you are in Idaho Falls.

Booking through Marriott earned a $10 discount so the room was only $89. I booked a studio room because we were planning to get up at 4 am to catch an early flight. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. The room was very large, bright, lovely white bed linens and a super comfortable bed. At 2:30 am we received a call from United Airlines that our flight had been cancelled. I tried to turn on the TV to check the weather channel and the remote did not have a battery in it. Went down to the front desk and their called the handy man who was awakened but came to the rescue promptly and was very nice. Gave me a remote from the workout room which was very nice. Long story short...got to stay for breakfast which was quite nice. United booked us into the Hampton Inn which was free but a huge letdown after the superior Residence Inn.

Room Tip: Be sure to book directly thru Marriott for cost savings. Ask for a room in the front facing the Falls.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your analysis of the room and are very sorry to hear that you had to stay at the Hampton in and Suites. We are a seasonal hotel market and winter rates will certainly be the best of the year. We have 24 hour coverage at the desk and in the maintenance department to be able to assist with small in-room issues. We certainly apologize for missing the battery in the remote prior to your check-in. We hope that you ended up making it to your final destination without any further glitches.
