Close enough to Yellowstone without the high prices. Some glitches. Requested ground floor on the phone but got second floor. OK just bit more difficult for elderly disabled to drag the bags etc. The room was large spacious and comfy. The bathroom nicely appointed. The internet did not work at all. A worker did come and try but said he didn't know why either and left to ask someone but never came back so at 10:30 we figured it was ok to undress. He never did get back with us? The jets in the hot tub did not work either so it was basically a warm soaking tub. Breakfast was total miss. tables for 3 couples and 50 folks crammed in the tiny room. Couldn't even get to it to see what was offered but I was told in elevator don't bother. We went to the gas station for protein bars. In their defense they are remodeling and it was a temporary fix for a breakfast room so I would give it another go but they do need to fix internet and hot tub. The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I would stay again.

Room Tip: Bring breakfast room has frig and micro skip the downstairs offering

Lovely new hotel 30 miles from West Yellowstone. Clean, modern and spacious room with great shower. All in room amenities provided. Ample parking. Wifi intermittent. All was fine until breakfast. The couple in the lift with me returned from breakfast empty handed as did I. If you don't drink coffee there is little else available. Apart from that a great stay.

We stayed in their newly renovated room. The room was spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the TV screen was big enough :) The breakfast was very simple - waffles, orange juice, milk, oatmeal and coffee/tea. The view out of the hotel was stunning.
The only thing that I dislike was its noisy rooms. We can hear the steps and movement of people who stayed above us. We were unlucky that on our first two nights, there was a family with kids who kept jumping and running around the room. My goodness! That's soooo annoying. I wish the hotel placed the family with kids on the first floor then adults only on the second floor. At least the adults won't jumping around for hours at night!
The newly built hotel building is not a dog-friendly.

I liked this hotel a lot. It's a small hotel but it had new rooms. The beds were OK and bathrooms were great.

The pool is located outside with no awning over it so we had to hike through snow to get to it. The maintenance guy quickly blasted the snow out so that was good. It's on the lower level with no stairs so it takes forever to get the elevator to drop one floor.

All in all, I'd come back. Very great staff. We enjoyed it.

We stayed in the new building for two nights. The rooms are very spacious and nice. Plenty of room for all of us and our snowmobile gear. Nice pool area that doesn’t seem to get much use. Will definitely stay again!
