Although we booked for the wrong night by mistake, Ruth and Jim were very accommodating and welcomed us to their great little county inn.

Amazing property, teaming with deer and wild turkeys, overlooking the Clearwater river.

The rooms are in a separate building, which provide more a sense of privacy, compared to bed and breakfast options.

Under a full moon and starry sky, we enjoyed the small hot-tub, which made our sleep that much better in the comfortable, air conditioned room.

Breakfast was simple, yet delicious. Fruit, a hearty baked casserole, made with hash-brown and eggs, juice and coffee.

In the morning, Ruth was really helpful in trying to organize activities for us and other guests.

Great place to stay, highly recommended.

This Bread & Breakfast was the most wonderful place on our trip! We were on a 10-Day M/C trip & stopped here for 2 nights where traveling through Idaho. The owners were so gracious, it was like visiting family! But, the best part was BREAKFAST! Please bring your appetite!!! They will not let you leave until they are satisfied you've had enough! One the 1st night, they even prepared a lovely cheese tray to go with their wine! You will not find a better place!

Room Tip: Each room has it's own "Theme", so please go their web site to see photos of each room...

My wife and I spent only one night there during our road trip in Idaho, the place is off route 12 over sees the river, very secluded. Each room is very tastefully designed with unique theme, plenty of books with all varieties around each room and the main house; Jim has such broad knowledge that I learned so much about the area in our very relaxed conversations, Ruth provide great hospitality, the breakfast she prepared was so delicious. Together, the inn, Jim and Ruth made me feel like at home immediately.

Our schedule was too rush during the trip, however, Reflection Inn was so memorable to us that we feel like to go back and spend few days there, do nothing but hanging there, read the book in front of their river view gathering room.

We keep on thinking of the Inn, Ruth and Jim although we met them only once, they are so personable.

We are highly suggested anyone to spend at least a couple days in the inn. On the tripadvisor survey, there is one question "What is the area around this hotel known for?", I would say none of the options are applicable, because Reflection Inn is a place for relax, for searching one's soul. More like a place for retreat.

My wife and I only spent one night at The Reflections Inn, a much too short stay to say the least. The inn keepers, Jim and Ruth, were truly some of the nicest and most personable people you could ever hope to meet. Jim is a talker, but so am I, and his wit and humor were appreciated after a long days drive. Ruth's breakfast was amazing, and her hospitality helped to give our already great experience and excellent touch. The Inn boasts a wonderful outdoor hot tub where you can witness many types of wildlife just yards away. Also, the views are breathtaking. The room was expertly detailed and very comfortable. There was a mini fridge in our unit as well as a kitchen area complete with oven, and internet linked computer that can be used by every guest. I highly recommend that anyone close to Kooskia give this place a visit. You won't regret it. Make sure you say hello to Rico the cat...he was great.

I stayed at the Reflections Inn for a long weekend with family. Our rooms were absolutely immaculate and perfectly appointed. Our hosts were kind, engaging and accommodating. Breakfasts, which are included in the room rate, were incredibly delicious. As examples, we had berry pancakes on one day, Eggs Benedict and Frittata on the others, along with fresh fruits and toast. The property is right across the street from the beautiful Clearwater River which provided an gorgeous view. Included in the amenities are access to a communal kitchen, a hot tub, and a pergola with seating and a fire pit. While you'll find magazines and books in the rooms and in the main/breakfast room, you (thankfully) won't find TV or radios. This, along with very comfortable beds, makes for heavenly sleeping.

Room Tip: If you want a kitchen of your own, room 3 is for you. Room 4 offers a view of the river.

The Reflections Inn was a nice surprise and reasonably priced. The grounds are beautiful around this secluded B&B on Hwy. 12. It is just far enough off the highway to be very quiet in a nice forest setting overlooking the Clearwater River.

It had a very nice, spacious, spotlessly clean room with a comfortable bed. The room had a nice hanging quilt and all the furnishings were tastefully matched. The owners were very personable and accommodating and even provided car washing apparatus so I could wash my car – a nice touch.

Breakfast was nicely done with home-made breads and entrees. Wow!

There are no restaurants for miles, so if you are coming to the Reflections Inn you should plan on stopping before you get here. The nearest restaurant to the west is about 9 miles or so away. The owner recommended the Kooskia Café in Kooskia. There are a number of restaurants in Kamiah just west of Kooskia. We ate at the very nice Hearthstone Restaurant and Bakery.

You won't go wrong at the Reflections Inn!

The Reflections Inn is a must planned stay to add to your travels. Jim and Ruth are the most wonderful hosts you will ever meet! From the moment you arrive they make you feel like family. The attention to detail that they provide in each room is outstanding. The big comfy beds and oversized rooms are so inviting to a most relaxing stay. The huge homemade breakfasts are sure to keep you satisfied though out most of the day! Not sure where to eat out or what to do in the area, they are quick to help plan anything you may be looking for. Catering to your needs making sure that your stay will be one to be remembered, and leaves you planning your next stay:) I would recommend this beautifully appointed B&B to anyone looking to get away, reconnect or just some family time. This is our second visit!! Looking forward to our next stay with Jim and Ruth!
