We had a late breakfast here on a Monday. They were short-staffed to start with and then had more people show for breakfast than they expected. They handled it, but I was surprised at their inability to call in extra help. It seems that a place like this would have better contingency plans. The food was very good, but portions were rather small for the price. We had the buffalo hash with eggs. For $14 I would have expected country potatoes instead of packaged hash browns. I was also surprised that there was no bread offered with the hash. I would have appreciated some small muffins or biscuits on the side for that price.
