Like others have said, this is definitely the best bread, sandwiches, and cookies you will find in McCall. Do not miss the chance to stop and fill up on carbs. Some people will say that they're slow, but you have to remember, it is a small counter top with room for only a few employees and they're making everything fresh for you on the spot. The sandwiches are piled high with any of the toppings that you choose. The choice of bread changes daily, but we've never had a bad one. We just recently tried the cookies (baked by the owner's mother) and they too are awesome. The employees have always been extremely friendly with us, including in the dead heat of summer when it can be 100+ inside the bakery.

Delicious sandwiches, stacked to the ceiling!! Takes 2 meals to eat one of these. Very good bread and always something new to try. Worth a stop for sure! Go early for best selection.

Go for the bread (and cookies), skip the rest (like the bagels, which are merely rounded slices of bread -- it's not their fault, there are no decent bagels in the entire state).
