We went to Rupert's with a group of friends on a Saturday night. Rupert's was busy and we were seated in a room adjacent to the dining room. The room was not remarkable and needed a little punch. The service was a little slow, but the wait staff was very nice. The menu was somewhat limited. I ordered the rainbow trout and it was a little dry, but good. Some of our friends ordered duck breast and lamb chops and they really liked their entry. My wife had the shrimp scampi and it didn't have much flavor. The caesar salad and beet salads were excellent and everyone in our group loved their deserts. I had the bailey's creme broule and it was a good as it gets. In the summer time Rupert's also serves on the patio and you have one of the most beautiful views of Payette lake and the surrounding mountains, one of the most beautiful views in the world.
