This coffee shop sometimes offers music in the evenings which we have found to be very fun and relaxing while having our coffee. Nice atmosphere. They also have an upstairs which looks over the mainfloor. People like to do computer stuff etc while relaxing at this coffee shop. They also sell the New York Times (one of only two places in Moscow that does).

It's hard to remember what a lonely, uncentered place Moscow could be before the OWC gave locals and students a place to meet up or study or listen to music on the weekends.

The selection of drips, specialties, and chai were great! We happened to have a live band as well. It has a great location on a corner, with lots of light, a small upstairs balcony, small nooks in the back, and super nice, ultra friendly staff that NEVER used one scripted word! Thats right, they were just nice for real!

Yummy chai tea. Come here every time in in town. Haven't eaten here yet, but the sandwiches sounded good. Chill, relaxed college town feel. Seems like a good place to get some studying done.

I went in for lunch thinking "Cafe" meant they served food......well they do, sort of. But what I found was a very nice coffee shop like you would normally find in a college town (makes sense). Almost everyone in there, except me, was studying. You go in and get a coffee, then sit down, plug in your laptop and do your homework for a few hours. I don't know how this place makes a profit. There is a huge variety of coffee, tea and some other concoctions. The food menu had oatmeal, cold cereal and three sandwiches. Grilled cheese, ham and a ham/cheese melt, not complicated. The very cordial counter person promised that they would have soup again soon. I had a ham and cheese sandwich which was tiny and a fantastic cup of a very good Earl Grey tea. Five bucks total. As we old hippies say: "Great vibes", sort of reminds me of the beatniks.
