When I got to Shari's, I waited several minutes to be seated. The restaurant was empty and no one came to seat me.
After I had waited a few minutes, a guy came up to pay his bill and was immediately helped, while I continued to stand there. Finally someone asked if I had been helped and I said I hadn't, that I had been waiting there for quite some time.
The manager overheard this and was very apologetic. I didn't complain, but he still took about 40% off my bill.
I would definitely eat here again, I am always very impressed with the friendly (and usually prompt) service at Shari's.
