Despite the fact that it looks like a hole-in-the-wall kind of dive, my husband and I have enjoyed Chang Sing for the past four years. Even though we've moved away, we make a point to eat here each time we visit!
Our favorites are the orange chicken and the sweet and sour pork, but we've never had a dish we didn't like! The service is always friendly and prompt. It's family own and run, and the proprietor actually knows us by now and often comes out to say hello and personally check on the meals with customers. It is sometimes difficult to understand through their thick accents, but that doesn't diminish the friendliness of the fellowship.
The restaurant is completely up to code and is kept very clean. In fact, they close down for a whole month each summer to do a total deep clean throughout the whole place and make updates when needed.
We love the food, we love the people, and we love the price, too. You really get what you pay for here. Huge portions of authentic cuisine. It's hands-down my favorite place to eat in the Moscow-Pullman area.
