We lost our reservation for the place we originally planned to stay in, but Quality Inn had a room available we could use and we were very grateful. It was probably a better place than the one we had planned to stay in, but nothing outstanding. The room was nice and we were very comfortable. But there were no amenities we could use. No workout room, the continental breakfast had nothing we could eat except fruit, there wasn't much to do there. We had planned to basically stay in our room and relax, but it took the cleaning staff all day to get our room cleaned. We ended up spending the day in the lobby. Also the room keys expired after 11:00 A.M. and you had to have your room key reissued every day. I'm sorry, but if they know your going to be staying more than one night, your room key should be good until you're ready to check out. The check in staff were friendly and very polite.

We stayed here 2 nights after Yellowstone. Lady at check-in was helpful to point us to Frontier Pies (qv) for dinner.
The rooms are to Quality standards; the hot breakfast was Biscuits & Gravy both days.
The prices seemed higher than average for Quailty Inns.
All staff are very helpful; especially Josefina in Housekeeping.
We visited the Flood Museum & the Bear Park.

The property has nicely manicured lawns and comfortable rooms. It was clean and free of the dings and nicks that come from regular use - it seemed to be well maintained. The people at the front desk were helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was a clean, convenient laundry room downstairs with a pay dispenser for detergent and softener (and the front desk had plenty of quarters when we needed them).

But - the breakfast was awful. No fresh fruit (there was canned fruit cocktail) or hot food, other than a mini waffle maker. It was not at all what we've been used to at other Choice brand hotels.

Housekeeping seemed to be a hit or miss kind of situation. Every other day our bed was made up perfectly - so inviting after a long day out sightseeing - but on the off days it hardly looked made up at all, or like maybe someone slept on it after making it. The room was always clean, however, and that made the bed situation endurable.

The wifi sucked big time. We arrived on a Sunday night and had problems immediately, but it was too late to ask someone at the front desk (at least I was too tired to bother). The other days were a challenge. Sometimes it seemed to work okay & other times it would disconnect while I was using it. I always had to manually connect to the wifi morning & night - on top of renewing the 'agreement' each day. It was frustrating.

I don't know if we will try this hotel again.

Hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. We brought in our luggage and looked for the elevator and couldn't find it. Asked the desk clerk and he said they didn't have one. He did offer to help with our luggage. If you had a room on the first floor I would highly recommend this place.

Room Tip: Request a room on the first floor.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review of our hotel. We are sorry for the lack of an elevator. It is inconvenient to carry luggage upstairs at the end of a long tri but I am glad that the desk clerk offered to assist.

We do appreciate that you chose to stay with us. We hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you in the future.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good except there were several people who came to breakfast without shoes. I don't think that should be acceptable around food. Staff was helpful and let us put our trout in their freezer for the night to keep frozen. Price was a little high.

Picked up my son at BYUI and needed a place to stay for the night. Quality Inn was clean and quiet with friendly staff. Rooms were basic and clean, though could have used a bit of maintenance. Bathroom was tiny. Even though there were a lot of people there, it was relatively quiet. Good location near the freeway. Easy to find.
