“Now Bricks and Bailey's”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 June 2013

New owners and new decor which is funky for little Sandpoint. The thin crust pizza is a 10 and the salads are yummy too! Two wonderful ladies have taken over and are doing a wonderful job. Next to the river and nestled in the heart of downtown, give it a try.

“Paying for the atmosphere”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 February 2013 via mobile

The food at the loading dock is average and not brag-worthy. In the winter it dies. However every summer it's booming and a big tourist hit. The reason? Location and atmosphere. Right next to the marina and City Beach, the location is superb. With tons of outside seating, in the hot sun with a cold one it makes for a great place to hangout with friends. The service is friendly and cheerful. They have hip music and a wood burning stove. If you're looking for a cool place to entertain friends then i would give it a thumbs up. If your in it for the taste and quality of food then it would have to be a thumbs down and recommend Babs Pizzeria.

“more toppings...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 February 2013

Pizza was decent tasting, but the toppings were thinner than the crust. (which was VERY thin).

We got the carnivore pizza, and there couldn't have been more than 6 pieces of sausage. Small house salad was OK. We left hungry expecting a little bit more from the pizza. There's thin crust pizza, but this was a little rediculous.

Also, Took 30 minutes + to get a thin crust pizza made with only a few people in the place. I get wood fired pizza isn't done in 5 minutes, but it shouldn't have taken that long.

Atmosphere is a little odd... some cool stuff, but it's ruined by the tacky beer advertising banners and posters. Decent bottled beer selection, but mostly in 6-packs.

Other than waiting a little too long for a 1/2" pizza to cook, the service was friendly.

“Wood-fired pizza”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 August 2012

The menu was inviting with Napoli-style pizzas, various dogs, a salad display case with some interesting choices, and the usual bar fare. We chose this place because of that and also it was close to the city beach and provided patio dining. Orders are placed at the till and brought to your table. Though the wood-fired pizzas looked good, we opted for a Chicago Dog and and Wisconsin Bratwurst with Sauerkraut which was roasted in the oven and served on a grocery store hot dog bun. They were tasty but could have been so much more with a better quality bun, even a stadium roll would have improved it. The counter person seemed somewhat distracted and would obviously preferred to be somewhere else so can't give service a high score either.
