The Quality Inn& Suites was very good. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful as we had never visited there before and they helped us choose a really good place to eat. There is a small mall across the road where we walked after being in the car most of the day - it's always good to have a lighted place to walk in an unfamiliar city. We could walk to the Italian restaurant, Johnny Carino's that they suggested and it was a good choice. The breakfast area was okay but with not many choices of foods. We would certainly stay there again if in the area.

This hotel was the single worst place in our week-long visit to Idaho. We had reserved a nonsmoking room, and were first sent to a "nonsmoking" room in Building B, where the hallways reeked of smoke, with all the rooms on one side of the hall marked as "nonsmoking" and all those across the hall marked as "smoking". Also, this building had no elevator. We called the desk, and they directed us to come back to a room in Building A, which was satisfactory. The WiFi in the rooms did not work, nor was there access from the available computer in the lobby. In the morning, the breakfast room was very crowded, but the breakfast itself was fine.

We were passing through Twin Falls, ID and had great experiences at other Quality Inns, so we booked a room. This facility is...different. Their hotel consists of two buildings, A and B. If you have a room in building B, it has no elevator and requires an outside walk between buildings to get to the lobby and breakfast, which during cold weather will be brutal. Building B is quite old with worn carpet and a “low rent” feel. When we arrived, shirtless guys were playing with vices in the lobby and car alarms went off periodically through the night. In our shower, we discovered someone else’s soap. Power outlets were few and far between. But the staff is friendly and helpful.
