My wife and I stayed here using our Marriott Reward Points while on a golf trip to Eastern and Southern Idaho. This hotel just opened a couple months prior to our stay. Its bright cheerful decor and very friendly helpful staff was appreciated. In fact, the young lady at the front desk gave us a recommendation of a place to eat with a discount coupon included which we visited and so thrilled that we did. It was called Elevation 360 (not sure on the numbers) and is just south of the hotel overlooking the Snake River Canyon. Our room was immaculately clean with a very comfortable king bed which resulted in a quiet great night's sleep. In addition to the flat screen tv also included was a fridge and microwave. The hotel also includes a nice pool/hot tub and fitness center. The breakfast included offerings for both those desiring something healthful and well as for those wanting something more hearty. Also, in addition to the restaurant mentioned, there's also a Culver's Frozen Custard establishment adjacent to the hotel. As we'd discovered Culver's in our travels to the Mid-West and South, we especially appreciated the opportunity to visit the first one in Idaho. We look forward to staying here again when in the area.

Room Tip: We simply asked to be located in a quiet area. Our request was granted resulting in a great night...

Pro's- Clean, nice room, roomy, comfortable beds, usual breakfast..waffles, bacon, eggs, muffins, juice, cereal.

Good experience, would return. We got in late so no opinion of pool, etc.

Con's- no discount for military unless you're on orders. Expensive, but that is hotels in general these days. Apparently, if you don't put don't disturb sign out, they want to clean the room at 730 or 8 in the morning. Didn't appreciate being woke up by housekeeping. So my advice is to put the don't disturb sign out if you get in late and don't want a knock on your door that early.

Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay with us. I am happy to see that your stay was pleasant and I would like to apologize for housekeeping disturbing you early in the morning. I am reviewing with all of my housekeepers the time they are allowed to start checking rooms to insure that this does not happen again.

See you next time you are in Twin Falls.

We loved our stay. It was exactly like the website pictures portrayed. We stayed in the 2 Queen, + Sofa Bed room. It was just what our family needed after a long day in the car traveling together. We loved the extra space of the living room. The staff were all so kind and helpful. The breakfast was great. Traditional hotel breakfasts....waffle, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, etc. The breakfast area was laid out really well. We loved the modern decor. We will definitely stay at Fairfield Inns and Suites again!

We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn or Holiday Inn Express when passing through Twin Falls but decided to try the new Fairfield Inn and Suites this trip since it also has a non-smoking, no pet policy. The hotel is new so everything is in mint condition at this time and very clean. We were checked in promptly and provided a room that mostly fit our request. Upon entry, we noticed the room seemed just slightly smaller than those at Garden Inn but easily accommodated the standard room amenities of microwave, refrigerator, closet with iron and board, etc. The business desk and chair both are on rollers and can be moved. The internet connection was quick and fast. The bathroom was very nice with a spacious shower with glass rather than a tub/shower combination with a curtain. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The breakfast included standard fare of cereals, pastries, oatmeal, but also included scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, fresh fruit and yogurt. There is a nice indoor hot tub but the pool, which is also indoor, is noticeably small with maximum depth of 4 feet. For a family with children interested in using the pool or a lap swimmer, it would be very disappointing. The fitness room was also compact but had two treadmills and an elliptical machine. There is a Panda Express and Culver’s within walking distance and numerous other restaurants and shopping within a mile or so. All things being equal with the nightly rate the same, we would probably choose Hilton Garden Inn but it is a close call and we would happily recommend and return to Fairfield.

Hotel had only been open for two weeks. Liked cleanliness. Only bad thing had thought I was calling Marriott to make my reservation turned out I made reservation through Expedia and I'm not a fan of Expedia the woman was in lala land couldn't spell things right even when I kept repeating and spelling over and over again. Took almost half an hour to make reservation. But that's not a knock on the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this new Fairfield Inn. The room was new and fresh. The breakfast was very good. The only hiccup was the fire alarm went off by mistake at 3:30 am. The good news is the manager gave everyone 1,000 Marriott points for the inconvenience. A nice gesture by the management.
