Showing up to Twin Falls, Idaho, I didn't have reservation to stay anywhere and Red Lion was the only place available for the night. They actually gave me about a $20 cheaper quote than TripAdvisor, but a few of my lights in the room were not working. It was a decent stay but I do not think it was worth $100 for the night.

i stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my boyfriend. we had originally booked for 4 nights but with all the little issues we encountered decided it was best to sleep closer to the airport. The staff was accommodating with the request and we weren't penalized for the decision which was nice. when we first arrived we noticed the refrigerator wasnt working but we decided it wasnt a big deal but when we returned from dinner the ac kept going off so we notified the front desk. they promptly came to the room and said they would fix the fridge the next day and the ac might be temperature controlled but the ac kept going out so i requested a fan which they didnt have so we switched rooms. the second room had a working fridge and ac which was great but wasnt cleaned well. there was a cap to a pringles can on the floor the duration of our stay and the toilet had a gross ring around it. the door to the patio wasnt secure and we noticed it in the afternoon so that was unsettling. our key cards also stopped working frequently to our room and the back door. our last night was a saturday and the room doors dont close properly so we heard banging in the hallways all night long. the hotel was in a great location and affordable but i would have rather have paid more for no issues. the wifi worked well, had a decent fitness center, swimming pool, and breakfast. i wold recommend this hotel to extremely nonpicky people.

Staff was scarce and hurried. Our room was lacking: soap, light bulbs, and a working refrigerator. No bath tub safety, only one grab bar for the shower/tub and that wobbly and loose. no safety mat or grip for the tub floor. Making the tub a slippery slide for the unwary. Reservations were poorly done. Leaving a person who requested a accessible room on the second floor without elevator. And placing Accessible Room far from the central core so they had to walk or drive around to attend conference. Most of these mistakes were corrected by the reception staff at the cost of others having to wait. Staff was running all the time.
Bar./lounge/ restaurant again was poorly staffed, as a result the food suffered.
A word about the staff they were great but pressured to get things corrected and to do their job.

Spending our hard earned money on a place like this will not happen again! We will never recommend Red Lion to anyone we know either. If there is anyway we can look into contacting the Red Lion chain we will for some kind of compensation ‘

Everything was great except the outside pet area. A grassy area towards the back near the pet rooms would be much better Than an area near the front on a busy street.It was nice having a place to eat in the evening and the free breakfast was good. The pet rooms were nice,spacious and clean. The outside pet area is lacking in location and safety. A grassy area towards the back near the pet rooms would be much better.
