Great room for family with two kids. The amenities were very nice. We did not spend much time in Victor because we had spent a great deal of time in Jackson Hole. Victor is a very quiet sleepy little town. If you're looking for more amenities and things to do - I would recommend Jackson Hole instead. We ended our trip with two nights - Limited restaurants and few people. If you're looking for quiet time, this is a good place to go, particularly if you like to fish or golf.

Had limited time here due to a short business stay here. Very nice place. The one bedroom suite was very nice. Large and spacious. 2 bathrooms. Small gas fireplace and large kitchen and living area. I was quite impressed and that is very hard to do! All very, very clean. Nice porch and view. Check-in and out very pleasant even very late in evening. Hope to come back here again for a pleasure stay.

Room Tip: One bedroom suite.

When we visited, Jackson Hole had no hotel rooms available, so we booked this place. What a wonderful surprise! The setting was gorgeous and the suite was amazing. The pool and spa were beautiful and we longed to play the golf course (but ran out of time). Although the drive to/from JH is pretty long, we were close to many beautiful trails on the Idaho side. A destination wedding was happening when we were there--would be great for that!

Beautiful property!. We had four families staying in two cabins. Plenty of room for everyone. The guys enjoyed playing golf. The drive over the Tetons into Jackson, WY was beautiful. Loved the area and had plenty of activities to do. Just was not there long enough to take in everything!

This is a beautiful area. We stayed in a suite which was neat. I almost didn't want to leave. The pool is nice, and never too crowded, even with a family reunion in town. You can rent bicycles from the hotel to ride around the area, there are hikes near by, and decent restaurants (except for the restaurant at the hotel). Cons are: rock hard bed, very weak Wi-Fi, poor water pressure in shower, chlorine-y shower water. Also, if you want to order food at the pool, do it about an hour before you get hungry.

Room Tip: Corner suites are large and sunny.

Some of our family stayed at Teton Springs last summer and highly recommended it so we chose to stay there.
Although it's a fair bit of a drive to the Teton's we were willing to make the drive to stay in the beautiful resort.
I have strong allergies to feathers so whenever we stay somewhere I mention at reservation time to please have the room feather free, then the day we are traveling I call again and just give a friendly reminder to have the room feather free.
When we checked in around 8 I mentioned it yet a third time. Of course the room wasn't feather free but they did give us 3 non feather pillows for the master bedroom. After a big day of sightseeing and plans to get up at 3 am to see the sun rise on Teton mountain we were more than ready for a good night's sleep. About 10:30 pm as I was about asleep my eyes were really watering I noticed the comforter was feather!
So a call to the front desk to Sam. He was very apologetic and brought up normal blankets and took away the down.
The next night when we returned around 10 or 11 after being up since 3 am we were very surprised to find our bed made with the blankets right next to the bottom sheet. No top sheet to separate the 2. We called again but sadly Sam wasn't working because I know he would have been more helpful than the young boy who brought us clean top sheets. He never even suggested that he'd make the bed correctly.
The 3rd night we returned late and I really thought that they'd have it correct. But we must have had a very passive aggressive housekeeper because NOTHING was done in the room except take out most of the dirty towels and replace with the minimum amount of towels and wash clothes. The beds were NOT made, the sinks and counters were dirty. The kitchen counter had our breakfast crumbs. I hadn't wiped it because there never was a kitchen dishcloth in our room and all the bathroom washcloths were dirty. I'd loaded and started the dishwasher but it was stopped mid cycle. Dishes that wouldn't fit in the dishwasher were still dirty in the sink. My biggest annoyance was there was pee in the stool. I know it was flushed when we left and regardless it obviously wasn't cleaned.
Our 4th and final night the room looked great except not enough towels.
Also the first night we said we needed more towels. 5 ppl were staying in the room and 3 of us have long hair and need extra towels. We ended up nearly every day asking for more and having to tip for what they should have put in there in the first place.
Bottom line, I'm guessing if you have no special requests you will be fine. But I feel we were punished for having a severe allergy to down.
The only person who apologized was Sam. We had the impression the rest thought we were a nuisance.
We've stayed in many hotels and resorts, but never have we received such poor customer service.
I've never had to make my own bed in a resort or anywhere, and certainly not 3 out of 4 nights.
Management was notified but chose to remain silent about rectifying the issues. The front desk girls shrugged their shoulders and blamed it on a language barrier. In response to that I talked to one housekeeping girl and she spoke fluent English!
Bottom line is you are paying resort prices and fees but can get far superior services at a chain hotel for considerably less money.

Please know how much we appreciate your recent review, and your specific mention of Sam. He truly is a wonderful young man. In fact, every staff member at the Lodge has made a personal commitment to insure that every guest enjoys an extraordinary visit to Teton Springs Resort. We obviously fell short of providing that unparalleled service to you and your party. The front desk staff’s lack of proper attention to your needs is both puzzling and very disappointing. It’s simply not reflective at all of our guest service culture and for this I sincerely apologize.

We do indeed take guest allergy issues very seriously and obviously didn’t go through our normal check-list of making sure to remove all particular allergens from your unit. We are retraining our entire staff on this critical issue and really appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Our Housekeeping staff is competent and accommodating, and yet for some reason, we fell woefully short on providing you the service that has helped us earn the “Best Hotel in Idaho” award from U.S. News & World Report for three straight years. We are working diligently to remove any obstacles our Housekeeping staff could have that would prevent them from achieving the standard we have established for daily room maintenance, care and service.

Again, we certainly appreciate all of your comments regarding your recent stay. The staff and I take great pride in offering a great product delivered with superior great service. Your personal experience presents an opportunity for us to improve in all aspects. We are proud of Teton Springs Lodge & Spa and we sincerely hope you give us an opportunity to welcome you back for a future visit.

Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if I can be of any further assistance.
