We stopped in to Cooper's for lunch and had a really nice experience. The restaurant is cozy, with a Route 66 theme. The menu at first seemed relatively run of the mill, but then we noticed the subtle touches, and the quality of the food was excellent - really quite a pleasant surprise. The granny smith salad and asian chicken wrap are highly recommended, and the house-made chips were great - light and very flavorful. Everything was top-notch. Our hostess/server was very friendly, and our conversation merey added to the overall experience. Kudos to Coopers!
