I stayed here for one night while visiting the Shrine and the Way of the Lights on Thanksgiving night. I had a two queen bedroom in the older section. The room itself was clean but a little dated. I came to the Shrine for meditation and prayer, so I wasn't looking for a lot of thrills. I chose the older section because I was looking for a quiet room, but supposedly there are some nicer remodeled rooms in the newer section.
The lady who checked me in was very patient while askd her about the various rooms available. The room itself was a standard hotel room. Nice counter space in the bathroom. TV was oudated and remote control didn't work very well. Beds and pillows were only so so, but I actually slept pretty well because of the peace I felt being at the Shrine. Standard continential breakfast with a waffle maker. There is a small exercise room with a few cardio machines, which I didn't use. The hotel has an elevator and also a computer/printer for use in the lounge. Overall a very nice experience.
The Way of the Lights was pretty cool to see as well.More
