Just stayed one night but the Comfort Suites exceeded expectations in every regard. Clean, very nice comfortable room. The staff went out of its way to please especially when your plans had to change. Great value at this price point. Would not hesitate to return to the Comfort Suites of Bloomington, Illinois.

Rarely stay at a Comfort but I'll repeat the experience. This is in a motel corral. Out of habit I chose the Hampton accross the street but walked out because the clerk was crabby and unhelpful and the price somewhat higher than the online price.
Walked into the Comfort and wa created by a decent clerk and a reasonable. The room was top notch clean and spacious.
The breakfast quite good with the breakfast lady adding a positive, homey touch.
Well done, Comfort Inn

We were again greeted as Elite members with 250 extra points or a free snack. The desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested an excellent restaurant for dinner. Our room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and included real bacon.

Sam at the front desk was very nice at check in, efficient. The plastic toilet handle broke the first time it was used. Sam came down and fixed it, he was prompt and very nice. The room was not properly vacuumed as there was very noticeable dust and dirt 2 to 3 inches from the wall, sorry, that's an immediate turn off for me. Detail cleaning makes or breaks a hotel in my opinion,no matter the caliber of the hotel. The bed skirt had something on it, I don't even want to go there! During the night the toilet broke again and water was spurting all over. Thankfully my sister and I are handy and we were able to re-attach the flush tube and clean up the mess. The hotel is unbelievable noisy. We were on the first floor and simple walking was amplified terribly. Chalk up no sleep! The next morning I met with Janelle the front desk clerk who needs training. I told her about the toilet and the noise and she said Sam will be in at 10am. I had to be to a competition at 9:30am so that was not going to work. How about something like this; Gee, I am really sorry about your experience last night, let me take you name and phone number and when Sam gets in I will have him call you. What truly bothers me is that my visit was for a state dance competition and while I did not check the prices on other dates, my total bill was almost $142.00. that is outrageous for Bloomington and clearly an up-charge.

Room tip: Don't stay on the first floor!

I stayed here for one night while traveling from Oklahoma to Michigan. The reservation option via Trip Advisor was quick & easy.
The building looks like a typical chain hotel; however, the inside is beautifully decorated & well maintained. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, & comfortable. Also well decorated.
Breakfast is available from 6:30am to 9:30am. There were plenty of food options to choose from. Hotel staff was professional & accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.
