“Late summer trip”
Reviewed 31 May 2012 via mobile

I really enjoy this hotel, first off because it has a hot breakfast every morning. The pool area is nice, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and very, very nice. This hotel is right of 55 and is convenient to a lot of amenities. This is where I stay every time I visit my family in Bolingbrook. It's pricey, but what can you expect in Illinois, everything is expensive.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review on Trip Advisor! Breakfast is complementary and is served each morning for all guests that are staying over night with us. We offer many varieties of items and for all guest and kids of all ages. Our beds are vey nice and comfortable with the pillow top and down comforters. We are located right of I55 and have many options of things to do in the area and places to go and enjoy a great meal. We offer more discounts on rooms over the weekends but usually are more busy during the week when prices are be a bit higher. We are an all suite hotel with both king and double double rooms. Thank you once again for the review and we look forward to seeing you and your family with us again soon!

Thank you so much for your review here on Trip Advisor! We are always so glad to here from guests that are here with us for a wedding or special event. Hotel hosts many weddings and social groups throughout the year and we are always excited to have them here with us. Check in time is normally at 3pm and check out time is at 12 noon, however we always do our best to check guests in early if we have rooms clean and ready to go. Breakfast is very extensive and offers lots to guests that we have in house with us. Coffee is also open 24 hours in the lobby area. Thank you once again for taking the time to write a wonderful review about the hotel and your experience here with us!!

The hotel is comparably priced to other local hotels, however I found the hotel to be cleaner and more comfortable than the competing hotels. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was very observant and helpful. I was there reviewing job candidates in the lobby. The manager helped by turning the lobby music down to improve the interview experience and make the process easier. They did this without me having to make a request.
All the candidates easily found the hotel since it's right off 55.

Room Tip: All the rooms were good. The North side will be a little quieter, away from the expressway

Thank you so much for your review here on Trip Advisor! Our staff works very hard to make sure that each guest feels welcome and has a pleasant experience while they are here at our hotel. We do have wonderful lobby music however this can be turned off or down for guests doing important work in the lobby area. Our mattresses are very comfortable and most guests find that they have a great over night sleep while at our hotel. We are in a great location right off I55 and right by I355. With Cheddars right next door to us it provides a great place to eat and enjoy some drinks as well. Thank you once again for taking the time to write a review about our hotel and we look forward to seeing you with us again soon!

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and customer-centered...across the board from front desk to housekeeping; frankly, unique for a bustling area near the I-55 and I-355 intersection.
Very clean accomodations. Beds have the new pillow-top bedding which I don't like because is makes the beds less supportive (but most people like them, so it's my issue). Two lobby computers situated in a nice smaller walled room, nice touch. Breakfast was complete with eggs and other upgrades. Safe area. Recommend.

Dear Valued Guest,
Thank you so much for your review here on Trip Advisor! Our hotel was glad to her that you enjoyed our staff and facility while you were here with us. Our staff works hard day in and day out to take care of each guest that comes to stay with us and to make sure there stay is an enjoyable experience. Our bedding is the Marriott Pillow top bedding; along with a comfortable mattress; that makes an overnight sleep with is very pleasant. We do also have two computers in our lobby area for guest to use and print anything while they are here with us. Breakfast has a lot to offer and different options to choose from and the sausage and eggs are a great option to enjoy. Bolingbrook area is a safe area of Chicago and a wonderful up and coming community. The hotel enjoys the community and all the dinning and shopping options that we have to offer for out of town guests. Thanks once again for the review and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

This is a good little hotel. We requested the top floor and extra pillows and a crib. All our requests were full filled and the crib was waiting in the room when we checked in. They have great pillows and the bedspread is a thin comforter between 2 sheets.
No icky bedspread that doesn't get washed each time someone sleeps in the bed.
The carpet was new in the room and the little kitchen and living room were perfect.
The kids loved the little pool and the free breakfast was good.

It is 1/3 the cost of a hotel room in downtown Chicago, 30 minutes away, and right off I55. We liked the nearby IKEA store too.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the back so you don't hear traffic noise. We had one in the front, the nois...

Dear Valued Guest,
Thank you so much for your review here on Trip Advisor! We are always glad to here when guests enjoy their stay here with us and enjoyed all of the local attractions and shopping as well. We look at each guest’s requests each morning to see what extra items they might need in their room and we try to pre-assign rooms so that these requests are in the room upon the guest’s arrival. IKEA is a very popular store here in Bolingbrook and we have guests in with us week in and week out that come to town just to go and shop at the local IKEA. Carpets in the room are cleaned quarterly but new carpet will be apart of the renovation here at the end of 2012. Thank you so much for your review and we look forward to having you and your family back again!

While the hotel definitely was not perfect, this hotel met our needs. We stayed for one night for a sport tournament in the area. We therefore had a discounted group rate which was nice. The online registration was simple and straightforward. The registration service was excellent, sorry didn't get her name but she was very nice and accommodating. The hotel public grounds were well maintained and the kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area. The room itself was clean, although obviously some updating needs to be done to bring it up to the choosy-traveler's tastes. Flat screen tv was nice and the free wi-fi was also great. The small kitchen area had a mini frig great for left overs, a microwave (bring the popcorn) and a small desk. The coffee pot and coffee were fine although I could have used more creamer (no big deal). The King bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Could have used a couple of more towels because we had 3 people in the room, but we could have asked for them if we truly wanted them. Sofa bed was acceptable as far as those go. Little bit of a noise issue with street traffic as we were facing the busy street, but turn up the fan and it is a non-issue. No noise from hallway which was nice and we were there on a weekend, too. We had a room farthest away from the elevator which may have helped. Bathroom had some wear and tear, predictable for an older hotel such as some cracks in the floor tile and wallpaper pulling off wall. I read in older posts that they will be updating so look forward to that. It wouldn't stop me from recommending this hotel at all. The morning breakfast was buffet and had a nice variety of hot and cold items. Very enjoyable food and eating area with tv. Lobby has nice selection of snack and microwave foods for purchase if you should choose to not venture out for those. Definitely would stay again.

Room Tip: Pick a room away from elevator and not facing main street and parking.

Dear Valued Guest,
Thank you so much for your review here on Trip Advisor! We are glad to here that you enjoyed your stay here with us and found the hotel to meet your expectations. All of the rooms are suites and do have a mini fridge and mini microwave along with the wet bar in the all rooms. All of the suites also have the flat screen TV’s along with a few HD channels. We offer Coffee and Tea in the lobby 24 hours a day so guests can get something to drink if they would like to and we also keep a good amount of extra creamer on hand down in the lobby as well. Guests can always ask us for more towels and pillows in the suite if they needed more with a larger family. Breakfast has a good amount of choice to choose from and everyone is always happy with the variety that we have. We are due for renovations starting in November of 2012 and we are looking forward to getting these started. Thanks once again for your review here on Trip Advisor!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely updated. The pool was spacious and warm. The beds were very comfortable and had clean white linens. I am very particular when it comes to hotels. This one was up to my standards in cleanliness except for the tub. It was grimey. My 4 year old wanted a tubby, but I made him shower sanding on a towel instead. The rest of the room was spotless and new looking. I didn't rate breakfast because I don't remember how it was. My friend's babies were sick and very upset and I was trying to help her calm them down and in the midst don't remember if I even ate. Seems like it was fine though.

Thank you so much for your review here on Trip Advisor! All of our rooms are suites and have a refrigerator and microwave in each room. They are very spacious rooms and have a wonderful décor in the room. Our staff works very hard on cleaning our rooms to a high standard and making sure each guest has a clean and enjoyable stay with us. We are due for renovations in 2012 and bathtubs will be addressed as well in the first quarter of next year. We do have a great full breakfast buffet bar that offers plenty of options for all guests and families that we have in with us.
