Good boutique hotel. The glass between the shower and room was interesting. Room had everything you could need. Keurig coffee maker was a plus and mini bar was reasonably priced. Would have been nice if there was some chairs to sit out on the balcony on.
The room keys gave us trouble a few times. Would take multiple tries to work. The staff was average. Weren't very helpful with suggestions and the concierge desk was often empty. The door staff were excellent and always helping with directions.
Tried the sky bar happy hour. Weren't any deals really, but the view was phenomenal.
Overall a good hotel in a good location. One the the lower priced hotels in the 'higher end' category in Chicago.More
