“Nice views”
Reviewed 19 July 2014 via mobile

I liked the views and had to do this on my first trip to Chicago. It is a tourist trap and you don't realize how long you will be waiting until after you have gone down the elevator to buy your ticket. It is also crowded up on the top. Do it once, but only once.

“Definitely Go! And the Chicago Pass is worth it for the Fast Pass here!”
Reviewed 19 July 2014

My daughter (16) and I visited Skydeck on a Tuesday night at about 7pm. There was not a horrible line at that time, but I think we lucked out. Clearly there is a usually a VERY LONG line and the Fast Pass would be a HUGE advantage. It did help us jump ahead of about 30 others who hadn't purchased the Chicago Pass. Anyway, the Skydeck is a MUST SEE in Chicago. You just cannot beat the views or the experience of standing in the glass observation ledges. We went at sunset and I'm so glad we did! Very cool! Also, several cool Chicago gift shops in the building. Best we had seen (including Magnificent Mile) for souvenirs. My daughter bought 2 shirts that are really cute! Sadly, I purchased a very cool mug that promptly melted off the picture the first time I washed it. The "Hand washing Recommended" sticker was hidden under the price sticker. That was a bummer. So DON'T buy a mug! However, visit Skydeck!

“OK”

Views are nice, but not really worth the 2 hours it took to get up there. We will skip this in the future.

“Must See !”
Reviewed 19 July 2014 via mobile

Don't miss a visit to a building that was once the tallest in the Western Hemisphere. The highlight was certainly standing on the glass ledge in the 100th floor. The views of the city and Lake Michigan are great during that day. There is usually a 1 hr wait time on weekends. If you plan to visit the aquarium and the museum as well then you can save some money and cut through the lines by purchasing a city pass. Enjoy !

“Amazing views!”
Reviewed 18 July 2014

Amazing views of the entire city. Try to go right when they open so you can skip all of the lines. Be sure to watch the movie before heading to the top... It's not cheesy like many of those history movies can be. I loved being able to see all of the city's infrastructure from that elevation. The 'Skydeck' attraction is neat, but they were full of school children when I went.
