Can't think of a thing I would critic. My wife and I each had an enjoyable stay, Our only regret is we didn't have more time scheduled to enjoy more of your amenities. The Million Dollar Quartet playing at the Apollo Theater was a real treat we were able to enjoy during our first stay.

Room Tip: The view of Lake Michigan and the John Hancock Center were a nice perk!

A Little Late Writing this I Stayed There In Early December And Loved The Whole Package The Views of The John Hancock Tower, The Food And The Rooms. This Is my favorite Four Seasons Property And I Have Stayed At The Regent Beverly Wilshire.The Service Is impeccable As Well.

Room Tip: Ask For A North Facing room For A Good View Of The Hancock Tower

This is the most beautiful and relaxing lobby we have ever seen or experienced. It is a oasis in a busy city. Service here is impeccable everyone from the doorman to the concierge, to the bell staff are friendly and very helpful.

Spent just one night there and apart from an unusual set-up - you need to take one set of elevators to get to reception on the 12th floor and then a different set to get to the room - all was good. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and hotel itself is surrounded/embedded in a shopping centre. Service was Ritz quality, always someone to greet and help you, including pushing the button to call the elevator and - on occasion - pushing the button IN the elevator to get you to your floor. Taxi? No problem. Directions? No problem. Need anything? No problem. Room was pristine, comfortable, complimentary overnight shoe shining service, laundry service if you need it ($). Great conference facilities, tasty catering and again, any request was handled quickly and efficiently. There were a number of conferences going on at the same time, but somehow the place did not feel too busy or crowded. Definitely recommended.

We spent four terrific nights in March with our two girls at the Ritz. We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the water tower and Michigan Ave. The staff was professional and made us feel like first class guests. We loved the live music in the evenings in the Deca bar and lounge. If you haven't enjoyed Myles Hayes over a cool drink at the Ritz you are missing out! I would think of no other hotel when staying in Chicago. Great experience with a location in the heart of the city. The hotel met our every need and the valet staff got us going on our way every day with a smile and cheerful exchange. WE LOVED IT!

Can't say much more than that. I was fooled into thinking I would be staying at something equivalent to a Ritz. Turns out, hotel and rooms are very very tired at Ritz pricing. Staff is borderline incompetent in the bar (FOUR times before they got my drink correct). I will never return. If you are a person used to the Ritz Brand, stay away from this location until they renovate.

The location of the hotel is perfect. For those interested in shopping, sight-seeing or fine dining, all are in walking distance. The accommodations are plush and first class. The service is attentive and friendly. As with all Ritz Hotels I've stayed at world-wide...a top-notch place.

Room Tip: Ask for a lake view.
