Well located! Near to bars restaurants. The famous deep piza is just no the side. And you can go no a walk along michigan avenue.
Great room with a View. Bathroom could be bigger.
Staff is very profissional and helpfull when needed.

Overall, I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. Based off of the other reviews and high rating, I expected a lot more. It seems like I may have been in one of the older rooms? Not sure? But looking at the other travelers photos, our room definitely did not match up to theirs. Overall, the room was a decent size. The bathroom was extremely tiny though, with not one shelf or any counter space whatsoever. We did not have the separate vanity area like some of the other travelers did. That would have been really nice. The carpet was pretty gross and I wouldn't dare walk on it barefoot. The beds though, were really comfortable.
The staff at the front desk weren't very inviting. They definitely didn't go out of their way to help us. They also charged a "service fee" of $4.95/day which we weren't told about until we checked out...not sure what that even covers? The only thing this hotel has going for it, is location. It's an average hotel with average amenities, I won't be back.

When I travel, I like to stay at hotels with character. I loved MileNorth because it is full of Chicago charm! It is just off of Michigan Ave. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The hotel staff was AMAZING! They were ALL so helpful. The rooms were very nice as well. We had a king suite. The bed was VERY comfortable. Our kids slept on the queen pull-out sofa. It was literally a VERY comfortable sleeper sofa. We had booked 2 queen beds, but our room wasn't ready when we arrived. So, the front desk offered to upgrade us to the suite (king and sleeper sofa). It was so nice and spacious. The rooms are modern and chic. We LOVED MileNorth, and if we ever go to Chicago again, we will definitely stay there.

This hotel is in a great location and is clean, modern, etc. However, it was difficult to sleep as the closet light turned on every time the a/c went on or off, filling the room with light. The staff was aware of this issue throughout the hotel and attributed it to vibrations and sensitive lights. Seems like something they would fix immediately but the staff wasn't bothered by me bringing it up and didn't offer a serious apology. Seeing as I only use my room to sleep when I visit Chicago, I will not be coming back.

Stayed four nights with family in a queen suite with city view. Danny at the front desk completed check in process very quickly. Our room was on the 23rd floor ( 2306) so we did not have any street noise. Our room was close to elevator which can be noisy but no hallway noise here. Rarely saw anyone in hallway except for the occasional housekeeper. Doorman was always very helpful whether opening doors, assisting with luggage, or arranging for a cab. Room was clean and large for a downtown hotel. Some reviews mention the bathrooms are small- not sure what people are expecting. I don't go on vacation to stay in the restroom or plan to throw a party there. The bathroom served it's purpose. There is a makeup mirror and vanity outside of the bathroom which I used. Beds were very comfortable. When we called for additional linens we received quick service. We liked having a frig and coffeemaker but Starbucks is in the lobby. A microwave would be nice for the leftovers from the large Chicago servings. Water pressure is lacking but the hotel is green and we appreciate their efforts. Location is the best- close to Navy Pier, Michigan Ave., Holy Name Cathedral, Water Tower, John Hancox Building, etc. Walgreens right around the corner. Gino's deep dish pizza next door- go early before the line forms. Front desk will give you a pass for Gino's to use for quicker service. We went to Gino's early one evening and ate on their rooftop terrace. The hotel rooftop lounge was also very nice. No room service but food and drinks available in lobby restaurant. The men ate at the hotel breakfast buffet while I opted for yogurt and fruit. Our family would stay here again.

Stayed her for 5 nights at the beginning of June and loved it as soon as we pulled up. Great reception area and the staff were very friendly. Nice bar downstairs. We were on the 32nd floor and our room was one of the nicest I have stayed in. Very big with great views. Very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. WE used the roof top bar every night which was great once again very friendly staff. I would say it was a bit expensive for drinks but the food was quite reasonable and very good quality. The bar was buzzing every night with a great atmosphere. I could not fault this hotel and would definately stay here again.

Room Tip: the higher up the better the view
