“A must see/shop”
Reviewed 16 October 2012

What a fantastic building! The atrium and overall scale of this building is pretty amazing. The food court is fabulous and the shopping can't be beat. This is a must-see when you're in the Loop area of Chicago.

“Run Down”
Reviewed 7 October 2012

This store used to be a diamond when it was Marshall Fields. Now as Macy's, it is dirty and run down. The staff is useless, if you can find a staff member at all. It is sad what has happened to this store.

“Felt like this was the back in the days of segregation.”

My Money spends just like everyone elses money, I don't need to be insulted when I am spending my money in any establishment. This is the 21st century not the 1940's race attitudes must change in order to survive.

“Good for Shoppers”
Reviewed 27 September 2012

Macy's is a basic store, but you can't help but to love this one as you learn the history of the store and area. Amazing that it's the 2nd largest department store in the world!

Anyone will enjoy it! You can eat, shop or tour!

“The Old Marshall Field's store”
Reviewed 27 September 2012

The iconic Marshall Field's department store is now Macy's. A good visit for an idea of what department stores were like "back in the day".
