Description: Fisk & Co blends the vibe of Belgium's lively bistros with the spirit of Chicago's historic restaurant industry. As a mussel and beer bar, the focus of our food & drink menus may be obvious, but there's more to us with something for the seafood lovers, meat aficionados, wine fanatics, and vegetarians. Whether you're hanging out with a group or cozying up to the bar solo, we look forward to showing

This is a great restaurant in the downtown, with a good menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate their for breakfast and everyone enjoyed their choices. We received good service and enjoyed the decor.

For those that enjoy ‘Moules Frites’, this is just the place. Wonderful choice of fresh mussels with very tasty options, complimented by local and Belgian craft beer and of course the mandatory cocktails. Staff and service was excellent. Enjoyed a wonderful lunch before departing Chicago.

This is a very attractive, casual spot and serves until ten on weeknights. They claim Belgian inspiration, and the mussels and beer are a great testament to that. Mated with smoked whitefish rillettes (lightly smoked, not too salty, lovely texture) and a goat cheesecake in raspberry sauce (creamy and tangy -- excellent) this was exactly the late evening meal we were looking for. My wife is gluten sensitive, and the chef was extremely solicitous, providing a plate of perfect pear, apple and cucumber slices for the rillettes along with the standard beautifully toasted French bread crostini. This was delightful and delicious experience.

While staying at the Kimpton Monaco on a recent business trip I opted to stay out of the rain and dine in and it turned out to be a great choice. Fisk & Co. is a new addition to the hotel and while it's a bit generic in its decor, it is very good. From a friendly and busy bar to table service, the staff is agreeable and helpful. The menu is straightforward, from a variety of fresh oysters (very good) to an excellent steak frites. The wine selection is decent and Megan at the bar can make any cocktail you can imagine.

Don't skip dessert either - they do a great job and I particularly recommend the goat cheese cheesecake

We hit here for breakfast on our first day in town without realizing the name had changed since we were last here. The menu looked the same, but the quality was just a bit off. Utensils weren't quite clean and the tables needed to be wiped down better. Overall a disappointing way to start a vacation in Chicago.
