I've stayed at many places, and the Waldorf in Chicago is the absolute best. The service is amazing, and the rooms are top notch. I saw a wedding party stay here, and I saw a separate someone propose on the property. That should saw it all. Just a wonderful place.

This is in my opinion the most luxurious hotel in Chicago.

The staff goes above and beyond in everything. I asked for a high floor and they put me on the highest floor possible.

The location is great, it was nice that the hotel has it's own courtyard.

I stayed in the 2 queen beds room. It was very spacious with a high ceiling. Everything in the room was top-notch. I also liked the fact that the windows opened.

Also, the elevators were very quick and the entire hotel is very private. There are not lots of people roaming around.

Overall, I would comeback in a heartbeat!

Room Tip: Request a High Floor

I travel to Chicago every week for work and the Waldorf really is my home away from home. The staff has taken great care of me and even know me by name now! The rooms are great also. Every room has a fireplace in it and the bathrooms are beautiful (there is even a TV INSIDE the mirrors...if you don't understand you will have to go there to check it out)! In addition, there is a town car that will take you anywhere within a certain mile radius. To top it all off, there is a spa that is so wonderfully relaxing with a sauna, steam room, and whirl pool. There is a gym on the same floor as the spa that is a little small, but it's nice and has all the essentials. As you can see, the Waldorf is an amazing place and I would highly recommend staying here the next time you are in Chicago.

What a wonderful, luxurious hotel! Customer service was exceptional! They treated us like we were the only guests at the hotel. We were celebrating my daughter's 13th birthday and she had a wonderful time. They brought her a treat to the room of a cupcake, popcorn, and soda. She was thrilled. We will definitely stay here again.

We went to the Waldorf for three nights over Thanksgiving. The staff was fabulous and the rooms (we did connecting) absolutely perfect. We especially loved the sitting area with the fireplace to lounge at as a family. The no tip policy was an added surprise bonus! We also loved having the complimentary car service available for close locations.

Room Tip: we loved the fireplace/sitting area

We stayed here over New Year's and was an excellent choice! Lobby entrance isn't a good first impression and was in for a surprise once we got to the room. Hotel Staff were excellent particularly the housekeeping staff. Each afternoon/evening we returned, the room was made up & cleaned exactly the same was as when we checked in. Highly recommend and will return.

This is a fabulous hotel. The accommodations were excellent but the staff was even better. They made us feel like we were the only people staying in the hotel. We had a few minor issues during check in that were immediately rectified beyond our expectations.
