Everyone in my group was a little apprehensive about trying this but were are glad they did. The tour guide/segway instructor was good at getting us going on the segway and an enthusiastic and knowledgeable tour guide. The only person who fell off was a person who had experience riding a segway and that was a very minor mishap that didn't slow anyone down. We went by the aquarium and natural history museum on the way to soldier field. The tour was also good in that it stayed out of crowded areas. There are many different tours so check the itineraries. Picking one that goes out by the lakefront is recommended. Also the walk in rate was $20 less than the on line advertised rate. But sure if that is always the case
