We were in the city for the holiday weekend. We love to leave the tourist area and choose "local" restaurants. We found this restaurant on Yelp and headed over on a Saturday morning around 11am. Loved the neighborhood! Parking was a bit tricky, as there was also a farmers market going on around the corner. We eventually found street parking just around the block. The wait was no more than 5 minutes. We could have eaten outside or inside, we chose inside. I am not sure if this is a family owned/operated restaurant, but it sure gives that vibe. Every single person working there was super friendly and helpful. The menu is large and has something for everyone. The prices are reasonable. Our party had the seasonal cream cheese stuffed french toast with berries, cream cheese crepes and a grilled chicken sandwich. It was all delicious! We did not order drinks but they kept our ice water with lemon constantly filled. I also loved how they had water bowls outside for dogs (although they were empty and several passing dogs were disappointed). Athough the food is good, and large portions, my guess would be the service is what keeps people coming back!
