“Just what I needed”

I just wanted a nice room in a neighborhood setting. This location is very convenient. The street is quiet. The building is quiet and clean and very comfortable. Free parking is a huge plus. Public transportation was very reasonably convenient.

Things I liked...........location to shopping and restaurants and price
Things I did not like........no bathtub, no vanity, no hot breakfast, very hard mattress

Overall a decent place but I like a few more creature comforts. The staff/owner was very helpful for recommendations, directions, etc.

Wicker Park Inn is a really nice place in a great neighborhood. Bucktown Apartment had three bedrooms, equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, good beds and bedding. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and the decor fresh. It is located less than three blocks from the Blue Line "L" station which is direct to and from OHare. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and shopping. The staff at WPI is attentive and informative. We will definitely stay here again in the future on our trips to Chicago.

Room Tip: Bucktown Apartment is across the street from the BandB, therefore not quite as close to the train...

Very clean, cute rooms. The entire check-in/out process was easy. The parking pass was essential. If I needed to stay in Wicker Park again, I would choose the Wicker Park Inn. I stayed in the Cape Cod room which if upstairs off the shared kitchen. Though it felt like a safe neighborhood, I liked that my room did not have a door to the outside as some of the others.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We like to offer our guests conveniences like free on-street parking and free WiFi that you may otherwise have to pay for in a downtown hotel. Hope you visit the neighborhood and stay with us again soon.

I loved this urban B and B. it was the perfect location. Beautiful and clean. The king size bed was so comfortable and it was great to get a sticker for free street side parking. The breakfast was delicious and staff so helpful.

Comfy beds, all the luxuries of home, awesome food (vegan, too), great location. This is our first choice when we go back to Chicago. My lady loved it too. So awesome that we sometimes just skipped an activity on our trip to hang out in our room and relax.

This place is a great find. Robin and the other people are very nice and the breakfast is fantastic with fresh fruit.

The neighborhood has a lot of young people and consequently many bars & restaurants but the side streets are quiet with the park in the middle.

It's right off the Blue Line so you can be in town in a couple of stops. One room faces the tracks so you may find it a bit noisy but the others face the quiet street.

Better than any of the other B&Bs I've been to in Chicago.
