I went to Fork for dinner with two friends. Although I live in Chicago, Lincoln Square is a neighborhood I rarely go into. It's highly walkable with good restaurants and some interesting shops. Lincoln Square is a great venue on a summer weekend for dinner and ice cream. I'd describe Fork's menu as conscientious and thoughtful. There are a range of appetizers and entrees, including a selection of cheese and charcuterie flights. Everything we ate was first rate, and the service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was pleasant. The bill was about $150 with tip for the three of us; this included appetizers, entrees, and a bottle of wine.
