My family & I stayed for 3 days in a business class two queen bed room & we were beyond happy with our stay! Our two young kids had more than enough room to run around & the cleaning service was great. Complimentary breakfast was also wonderful with hot oatmeal, waffles & fresh fruit, cereal, bagels, & muffins. Valet parking was $26 a night w/ unlimited in & out service & valet service was outstanding! We called down for our car & never had to wait when we went downstairs to get it. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly. The price of this hotel cannot be beat in such a nice part of the city. There is a Trader Joes across street & many restaurants/bars within walking distance. Try Renaldis pizza around corner, it's very good! Sushi place on next block is great as well. Will stay here again.

Room Tip: For a family ask for business class rooms!

We're pleased that you were satisfied with our convenient valet parking and deluxe complimentary breakfast. This hotel ranks up there with hotels that we have stayed in that are hundreds of dollars more per night. The service was impeccable. The hotel was spotless! The room was spacious with a lovely updated roomy bathroom. The breakfast room was also spotless and spacious. The continental breakfast was plentiful and had a wide selection including fresh fruit and some of the best coffee I have had at a hotel. Although the hotel is located on a busy street in Lincoln Park, the sounds outside were a pleasant backdrop and reminded us that we were in a big city. The neighborhood is safe and vibrant. The desk staff were concerned and kind and very professional

Our group booked three rooms at this hotel for Memorial Day weekend. The eleven of us, had no complaints for the three nights stay. This Days Inn has so much character within the lobby entrance. If you like marble and fine decor, you'll want to make this your place to stay. We were centrally located within the city. Close to many wonderful shops and restaurants. We purchased a CTA seven day pass, so we had unlimited access to the trains and buses during our visit. Be advised that parking is very expensive in Chicago. The complimentary breakfast began @ 7a.m. and had a wide variety of choices. Hot food options included micro-egg omelettes, oatmeal, bagels & toast. Also, the normal cold options including boiled eggs. Highly recommended !!

We were very pleasantly surprised by everything about the hotel. I have been wary of "Days Inn" because of past experiences. But by stopping in (while staying at another local hotel) I was very impressed with the lobby and the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. I booked our next stay in Chicago at the Days Inn when we returned home. We enjoyed it very much!
My only disappointment was when the hotel was fully booked for our return in June! :)
