First of all the hotel is outdated with very small elevators that cause anxiety just stepping foot onto them. Our room was down a wing of the building and was as far from convenient as possible. I noticed they had these huge thick metal doors that could close parts of the hotel off from the rest in case of a quarantine. Seriously, was this place a mental hospital or prison before becoming the Marriott? The rooms were also very small with itsy bitsy bathrooms. The pool does not look nearly as nice as the pictures. We live in Illinois and were just staying for the night. I will give them 5 stars for service! They checked us in very early .... Which made it worth our while because it was so unimpressive that we checked out early after the concert at 10 pm and drove home! The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful but this hotel looked much nicer in the pictures!
