Many of my friends and I will stop going to this place at costs as the marketing team at Chilis won't stop treating customers like animals. The corporate strategy is to bomb the food with salt, get them drinking with no drink prices on the menu and hit them with whopping bill when they are too sauced to see a $30 dinner just became a $300 clubbing.
I walked into Chilis with a colleague who is overweight and was treated with horror by a hostess who didn't know where to put us. Then after asking the server to clear the table of all SEVEN table ads, one that was an onscreen monitor with chocolate finger prints all over it - we were asked over and over what liquor we were going to drink.
You can actually FEEL the pressure of the management cracking the whip upon the backs of these young servers. Thats what we think of Chilis and we just don't want to be a part of it.
