A very welcoming place. Great place to bring friends and family as well as for lunch/dinner meetings because of the friendly staff and comfy setting. Does get busy at times. Thin mint blended drink is the best!

I always enjoy stopping by 318 Coffeehouse when we're in Geneva. We usually grab a cup of coffee (or two) to go when we're window shopping on Third Street. The baristas have always been friendly and clearly put a lot of effort into making the specialty drinks on the menu. Nice outdoor seating in season. The caramel macchiato (not the Starbucks version) and chocochino drinks are particularly good. Definitely the kind of coffeehouse I wish we had in our town.

A great place for gelato! I would choose this over ice cream any day, even their ice cream a few doors down. Friendly staff and a casual atmosphere. They even tried a specialty coffee drink I can only find in Madison. Pistachio gelato is primo!

The staff are friendly and quirky in a good way. You have to go here for the whole experience, this is the epitome of a local coffee shop. So order your coffee, gelato, chocolate or tea (skip the fondue unless your date is paying) and wander around while you wait for it to be made fresh. There is rotating art from local artists on the stairs leading up to additional seating (and washroom), flyers on the walls and business cards for community events, jobs, or even tutors to puruse rather than standing at the end of some counter looking awkward. Find a seat by the fireplace or at table on the enclosed porch (I love to seat here and watch all the folks passing on the street). Get an idea of the experience? Now GO and try the Chaicoffeski -my personal favorite drink- or a frozen hot chocolate because there is no way I can describe how good they taste!
